A serious problem in motion control is the occurrence of torque ripple. Since a direct drive (DD) motor with a magnet rotor uses a rare-earth magnet, the torque ripple is more serious than that of conventional servomotors. This paper presents an auto-compensation of torque ripple using a software-implemented torque observer. The frequency and amplitude of torque ripple can be obtained in the controller by using the estimated torque from an observer, and the autonomous generation of a compensating current component for a torque ripple is possible. The proposed algorithm has been verified by experiments.  相似文献

Abstract This paper outlines the work of the Conceptual Change in Science project, funded as part of the ESRC InTER programme. The aims of this research project are to clarify and describe the process of change in learners' conceptual understandings of natural phenomena. The domain of reasoning selected for study is that of mechanics. Computer software which may be useful in exploring and developing pupils' reasoning and promoting conceptual change in this domain is being developed and evaluated. A direct ethanol fuel cell (DEFC), which is less prone to ethanol crossover, is reported. The cell consists of PtRu/C catalyst as the anode, Nafion® 117 membrane, and Ni–Co–Fe (NCF) composite catalyst as the cathode. The NCF catalyst was synthesized by mixing Ni, Co, and Fe complexes into a polymer matrix (melamine-formaldehyde resins), followed by heating the mixture at 800 °C under inert atmosphere. TEM and EDX experiments suggest that the NCF catalyst has alloy structures of Ni, Co and Fe. The catalytic activity of the NCF catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) was compared with that of commercially available Pt/C (CAP) catalyst at different ethanol concentrations. The decrease in open circuit voltage (Voc) of the DEFC equipped with the NCF catalysts was less than that of CAP catalyst at higher ethanol concentrations. The NCF catalyst was less prone to ethanol oxidation at cathode even when ethanol crossover occurred through the Nafion®117 film, which prevents voltage drop at the cathode. However, the CAP catalyst did oxidize ethanol at the cathode and caused a decrease in voltage at higher ethanol concentrations.  相似文献

Mesoporous GaSBA-15 molecular sieves with different nSi/nGa ratios have been directly synthesized using Pluronic 123 triblock polymer as a structure-directing agent by pH-adjusting method. The mesoporous materials have been characterized using ICP-AES, XRD, N2 adsorption, 71Ga-MAS NMR, SEM and TEM. ICP-AES studies show a high amount of gallium incorporation on the silica pore walls. The structural and textural properties of calcined GaSBA-15 are characterized by XRD and N2 adsorption. 71Ga MAS NMR results demonstrate that a high amount of tetrahedral-gallium could be substituted for Si in the framework of SBA-15. TEM and FE-SEM images show the uniform pore diameter and rope-like hexagonal mesoporous structure of GaSBA-15. These GaSBA-15 materials have been used as catalysts for vapour-phase t-butylation of 1,2-dihydroxybenzene (DHB) for selective synthesis of 4-t-butylcatechol (4-TBC) under different reaction conditions. GaSBA-15(10) gave the highest 93.2% conversion of DHB and 95.7% selectivity of 4-TBC as compared with other GaSBA-15 catalysts.  相似文献

在部队通信服务问题的研究中,数据链仿真是数据链武器装备论证的重要研究内容和方法,对军队数据链建设具有重要意义.以美军现役战术数据链Link-16为背景,比较分析了数据链系统的四类信息传输方式,为提高抗干扰性能,介绍了主要的抗干扰技术.利用Simulink软件对数据链系统建立了链路仿真平台,重点构建了直序扩频模块和跳频模块,对在加性高斯白噪声和莱斯衰落影响下的信号传输进行了仿真并进行了抗干扰性能分析.通过仿真与分析可以看出,RS编码、直序扩频、跳频等技术保证了Link-16数据链的高抗干扰性能,使其满足军用通信要求.  相似文献

The momentum exchange between the phases plays a vital role in modelling of gas–solid flows and it is mathematically described by drag models. However, no consensus exists on which drag model gives the most accurate prediction of the drag force, and, despite the increase in available computing power, the same drag models are used in two-dimensional and three-dimensional simulations. In this study, direct numerical simulations of gas flow through multiple random configurations of static monodisperse particles are performed. The variations of solid volume fraction and particle Reynolds number are in the ranges of 0.05–0.4 and 13.7–136.9, respectively. The drag force exerted on particles is calculated and properly averaged. Based on the simulation results, thirteen drag models are compared and correction factors are introduced using the stochastic gradient descent algorithm. The correction factors provide a simple adjustment for the models to be used in 2D modelling.  相似文献
