300M超高强钢在中性盐雾环境中的腐蚀行为及机制

摘要：为了研究300M超高强钢在中性盐雾环境中的腐蚀行为及腐蚀机制，采用失重法，宏观、微观腐蚀形貌分析，三维表面轮廓分析及电化学分析的研究方法，来表征腐蚀实验现象并进行分析。结果表明：300M超高强钢在中性盐雾环境中的腐蚀产物为FeOOH、Fe2O3、Fe(OH)3和Fe3O4；腐蚀速率随着腐蚀时间逐渐降低，腐蚀后期（72h）腐蚀速率降低50%；腐蚀初期以点蚀为主，点蚀坑通过横向扩展，逐渐发展为后期的均匀腐蚀，腐蚀表面形貌呈沟壑状；外腐蚀层对基体的保护能力很弱，Cr元素在锈层靠近基体的一侧偏聚使内腐蚀层具有一定的抗腐蚀性。     

Behaviour of Surface Defects in Wire Rod Rolling

Defects are often present in rolled products, such as wire rod. The market demand for wire rod without any defects has increased. In the final wire rod products, defects originating from steel making, casting, pre‐rolling of billets and during wire rod rolling can appear. In this work, artificial V‐shaped longitudinal surface cracks have been analysed experimentally and by means of FEM. The results indicate that the experiments and FEM calculations show the same tendency except in two cases, where instability due to fairly “round” false round bars disturbed the experiment. FE studies in combination with practical experiments are necessary in order to understand the behaviour of the material flows in the groove and to explain whether the crack will open up as a V‐shape or if it will be closed as an I‐shape.

一个基于优化的有限元模型修正方法

本文提供了一个基于一阶搜索优化的有限元模型修正方法。它只需利用结构模态试验的部分固有频率，就能获得较精确的有限元模型。文中附有某无人机上垂尾有限元模型修正的实例。根据上垂尾前二阶试验的固有频率，采用本文方法，对有限元模型进行了修正。修正后有限元模型的前二阶固有频率与试验值的相对误差在2．35％以内，而第三阶固有频率与试验值的相对误差仅为5．81％。它不仅大大地缩小了用修正前有限元模型算得的固有频率与试验值的相对误差，而且还能较精确地预测无试验结果的高阶固有频率值。     

轴端沟槽底部激光强化工艺参数优化研究

分析了选用不同激光能量密度对HT300进行表面强化处理时，材料表面呈现的四种状况；未相变硬化、相变硬化、表面微熔与表面熔凝的金相组织。根据工艺要求，选取相变硬化方法对轴端沟槽底表面进行处理。分析了工件激光处理方法并通过试验研究，寻找轴端沟槽底部激光强化工艺参数；激光功率（P）、光斑直径（D）及扫描速度（V）的优化组合。硬度测试及耐磨性能试验表明：激光相变处理和激光熔凝处理后轴端沟槽底部表面较表面感应淬火硬度分别提高7%和34%，绝对磨损体积分别下降了13%和25%。实践证实，对轴端沟槽底部激光相变硬化处理方法较其他表面处理方法工艺简单，加工工件符合技术要求，试验结果对零件表面处理提供了可靠依据。     

Experimental validation of FE predicted fracture behaviour in thermally sprayed coatings

The fracture behaviour of a brittle coating on a substrate is not only governed by its intrinsic fracture strength, but also by a range of other parameters. In order to be able to understand (and thus predict) the fracture response, it is very important to accurately determine the key coating properties such as elastic modulus, residual stresses and fracture strength. In the present work, the fracture behaviour of three different high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) sprayed WC–17% Co coatings on Ti–6Al–4V substrates was studied using four-point bending with the acoustic emission technique. The key coating properties were determined experimentally and finite element (FE) models incorporating these experimentally measured properties were used to predict the cracking behaviour. It was found that the FE model was able to predict the differences in the fracture responses of the three coating types based upon differences in their mechanical properties, which in turn enabled the properties which dominate the fracture response to be identified. Moreover, the ability to predict the fracture behaviour of the coatings provided validation of the physical basis of the FE model.

多功能USB 2.0集线器的设计与实现

在许多数码产品应用中,存在计算机USB接口不足,使用各种数码卡时需配备专用读卡器的问题。为解决这些问题,本文使用FE1.1S和AU6437芯片设计一种多功能USB集线器,可提供一个SD卡和Micro SD卡接口,以及两个标准USB 2.0扩展口。经测试,本设计硬件功能完善,性能稳定,符合USB 2.0标准,为多功能高速读卡器的设计提供了良好的技术参考和依据。
