螺杆泵专用抽油杆试验研究

以往大庆油田螺杆泵井所用抽油杆柱大多都是沿用抽油机井上使用的普通连接结构抽油杆,这种抽油杆适合于上下往复运动,抗拉强度是抽油杆的主要抗力指标。而螺杆泵井所用抽油杆,其主要运动形式为旋转运动,承力方式也由抗拉变成抗扭,使得普通连接结构抽油杆应用在螺杆泵井上以后,经常出现断脱事故。针对这些现象,研制了插接式螺杆泵专用抽油杆和锥螺纹式螺杆泵专用抽油杆。文章介绍了2种结构抽油杆的防断脱原理、优化设计方法、室内检测及在大庆油田的使用情况,并针对现场出现的典型事故进行了分析,提出了相应的改进意见。     

AUTOCONER-338型自动络筒机的接头工艺与切疵有效性分析

介绍了AUTOCONER-338型自动络筒机空气捻接器的接头要求与影响接头质量的因素,并且就不同品种的纱线选用不同接头工艺进行了简单分析;介绍了如何评价络筒切疵有效性与影响切疵率的因素.通过以上2方面的分析介绍,及时调整设计与工艺,提高了生产效率,改善了布面质量.     

带肋钢筋套筒挤压连接的质量控制

针对太原可口可乐综合厂房主筋采用φ28、φ32三级钢存在的可焊性差的问题，提出了在施工中采用套筒挤压连接的方式，并对该方法的操作要点及质量控制措施进行了总结。     

A framework for avoiding steganography usage over HTTP

Steganographic techniques allow users to covertly transmit information, hiding the existence of the communication itself. These can be used in several scenarios ranging from evading censorship to discreetly extracting sensitive information from an organization. In this paper, we consider the problem of using steganography through a widely used network protocol (i.e. HTTP). We analyze the steganographic possibilities of HTTP, and propose an active warden model to hinder the usage of covert communication channels. Our framework is meant to be useful in many scenarios. It could be employed to ensure that malicious insiders are not able to use steganography to leak information outside an organization. Furthermore, our model could be used by web servers administrators to ensure that their services are not being abused, for example, as anonymous steganographic mailboxes. Our experiments show that steganographic contents can be successfully eliminated, but that dealing with high payload carriers such as large images may introduce notable delays in the communication process.     

动态Web Server在单片机上的实现

通过在单片机上实现网络化功能,从而进行远程控制已成为嵌入式系统发展的一个方向。本文就此需求介绍了动态Web Server的基本原理,讨论了在无操作系统单片机环境中开发动态Web Server的一种可行的方法。     

Tau Exon 10 Inclusion by PrPC through Downregulating GSK3β Activity

Tau protein is largely responsible for tauopathies, including Alzheimer’s disease (AD), where it accumulates in the brain as insoluble aggregates. Tau mRNA is regulated by alternative splicing, and inclusion or exclusion of exon 10 gives rise to the 3R and 4R isoforms respectively, whose balance is physiologically regulated. In this sense, one of the several factors that regulate alternative splicing of tau is GSK3β, whose activity is inhibited by the cellular prion protein (PrP^C), which has different physiological functions in neuroprotection and neuronal differentiation. Moreover, a relationship between PrP^C and tau expression levels has been reported during AD evolution. For this reason, in this study we aimed to analyze the role of PrP^C and the implication of GSK3β in the regulation of tau exon 10 alternative splicing. We used AD human samples and mouse models of PrP^C ablation and tau overexpression. In addition, we used primary neuronal cultures to develop functional studies. Our results revealed a paralleled association between PrP^C expression and tau 4R isoforms in all models analyzed. In this sense, reduction or ablation of PrP^C levels induces an increase in tau 3R/4R balance. More relevantly, our data points to GSK3β activity downstream from PrP^C in this phenomenon. Our results indicate that PrP^C plays a role in tau exon 10 inclusion through the inhibitory capacity of GSK3β.     

Antisense Oligonucleotide-Based Rescue of Aberrant Splicing Defects Caused by 15 Pathogenic Variants in ABCA4

The discovery of novel intronic variants in the ABCA4 locus has contributed significantly to solving the missing heritability in Stargardt disease (STGD1). The increasing number of variants affecting pre-mRNA splicing makes ABCA4 a suitable candidate for antisense oligonucleotide (AON)-based splicing modulation therapies. In this study, AON-based splicing modulation was assessed for 15 recently described intronic variants (three near-exon and 12 deep-intronic variants). In total, 26 AONs were designed and tested in vitro using a midigene-based splice system. Overall, partial or complete splicing correction was observed for two variants causing exon elongation and all variants causing pseudoexon inclusion. Together, our results confirm the high potential of AONs for the development of future RNA therapies to correct splicing defects causing STGD1.

钢筋套筒灌浆连接技术有限元分析

对于预制装配混凝土结构关键技术之一的钢筋套筒灌浆连接技术,已进行了不少试验研究,但试验不确定因素较多,离散性大.为研究这种连接在各种作用下的受力性能,拓展模型试验研究的成果,有必要建立可靠正确的有限元模型.本文在已有试验的基础上,采用ABAQUS软件,模拟钢筋套筒灌浆连接的受力性能.数值模拟结果与试验吻合良好,说明所建立的有限元模型正确,可以用于进一步参数分析和机理研究.     

抵御模仿人类行为DDoS的软件防火墙

模仿人类行为的 HTTP 洪水是一种分布式拒绝服务攻击。提出一种抵御方法,它包括三个关键点：使用会话号标示请求者身份,通过分析单位时间的请求消息序列发现傀儡主机,通过丢弃或修改傀儡主机的请求消息中断其攻击。基于该方法实现了一种软件防火墙,它包括统计模块和转发模块,统计模块用于发现傀儡主机,转发模块用于丢弃或修改傀儡主机的请求消息。防火墙部署在网站服务器上,管理员根据网站特征设置运行参数,能以较小的代价使服务器从HTTP洪水中脱困。
