基于ICC标准的彩色扫描仪色彩检测及标定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对彩色扫描仪的 ICC Profile文件结构进行了详细的分析 ,给出了建立扫描仪 ICC Profile文件的矩阵模型和查表模型 ,提出了使用 IT8.7/ 2色靶、最小二乘回归法和多项式的方法求解模型中的系数的方法。最后给出了实验结果 ,表明建立的ICC Profile文件能够满足实际的需要  相似文献

Objective:The outcome of surgical treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is poor.This study was designed to analyze prognostic factors after surgical procedure for ICCs.Methods:A retrospective clinical analysis was made in 183 cases of ICC,admitted to Department of Hepatic Surgery,Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital,Second Military Medical University,Shanghai,China,from December 1996 to July 2003.Fifteen clinicopathologic factors that could possibly influence survival were selected.A multivariate analysis of these individuals was performed using the Cox Pro-portional Hazards Model.Results:The accumulative 1-,3- and 5-year survival rates of the patients were 51.3%,21.6% and 11.8% respectively.The statistical analysis showed that surgical procedure,lymph node metastasis,serum level of CA19-9 and pathological differentiation grade affected postoperative survival significantly,but transfusion,postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy,diameter of tumor,serum level of AFP,cirrhosis,preoperative total serum bilirubin level (TBIL),ratio of albumin to globulin (A/G),sex and age were not significant factors influencing postoperative survival.Conclusion:Major hepatectomy with systematic lymph node dissection may be recommended for the surgical treatment of ICC.Aggressive treat-ment and prevention on postoperative intrahepatic recurrence and lymph node metastasis are important strategy to improve the survival for ICC.  相似文献

ICC色彩特性文件(ICC Profile)是用来描述输入、输出设备或者某种色彩空间颜色特性的数据集合,它被广泛用于色彩管理。通常情况下,用设备特性文件在色彩管理中实施颜色转换的时候,要经过连接空间(PCS)进行转换,即先把源颜色空间的颜色转化到PCS空间,再由PCS空间转换到目标颜色空间。连接空间一般是与设备无关的颜色空间,例如CIEXYZ或CIELAB。这种方法在颜色空间转换过程中,会对部分颜色重新进行分色,有可能丢失一些非常重要的颜色信息。而DeviceLink技术与传统的基于ICC的色彩转换不同,能够直接在设备颜色空间之间建立联系。下面我们将探讨DeviceLink Profile的工作原理以及应用。  相似文献

A numerical method was developed for optimising solar–hydrogen energy system to supply renewable energy for typical household connected with the grid. The considered case study involved household located in Diyala Governorate, Iraq. The solar–hydrogen energy system was designed to meet the desired electrical load and increase the renewable energy fraction using optimum fuel cell capacity. The simulation process was conducted by MATLAB based on the experimental data for electrical load, solar radiation and ambient temperature at a 1-min time-step resolution. Results demonstrated that the optimum fuel cell capacity was approximately 2.25 kW at 1.8 kW photovoltaic power system based on the average of the daily energy consumption of 6.8 kWh. The yearly renewable energy fraction increased from 31.82% to 95.82% due to the integration of the photovoltaic system with a 2.25 kW fuel cell used as a robust energy storage unit. In addition, the energy supply, which is the economic aspect for the optimum system, levelised electricity cost by approximately $0.195/kWh. The obtained results showed that the proposed numerical analysis methodology offers a distinctive property that can be used effectively to optimise hybrid renewable energy systems.  相似文献

数据预取是为缓解微处理器与DRAM之间速度差异而出现的隐藏访存延迟的方法。当前Intel各系列处理器都采用多种预取机制来加速数据和代码向Cache的移动,从而提升程序的性能。通过对Intel64体系结构存储层次的分析,剖析了X86/X64体系的数据预取机制,包括硬件预取和软件预取,并且分析了编译器对软件预取机制的支持。最后测试了Intel64体系结构数据预取对科学计算程序中紧嵌套循环性能的影响,总结出了影响数据预取有效性的几个因素。此项工作对在Intel平台上进行循环数组预取优化有指导意义。  相似文献

Rotaviruses are double-stranded RNA viruses which are among the most resistant waterborne enteric viruses to UV disinfection. An integrated cell culture and real-time RT-PCR (ICC real-time RT-PCR) assay was developed to detect the infectivity of rotaviruses in water, which uses real-time RT-PCR to detect RNA produced by infectious rotaviruses during replication in host cells. Detection of rotaviral RNA in host cells provides direct evidence of the presence of infectious rotavirus rather than just the presence of rotavirus RNA. Using this newly developed method, the inactivation and resistance of rotavirus to UV treatments at various doses was evaluated. With an initial concentration of 2 × 104 PFU/ml simian rotavirus (SA11), a first-order linear relationship was obtained at UV dose range of 0-120 mJ cm−2, and the inactivation rate constant was estimated to be 0.0343 cm2 mJ−1 (R2 = 0.966). The dose-inactivation curve tailed off and reached plateau as the UV dose increased from 120 to 360 mJ cm−2, indicating resistance phenomena of sub-populations of SA11 at very high UV doses. A maximal reduction of 4.8 log10 was observed. Through parallel comparison with traditional culture assay, the ICC real-time RT-PCR method demonstrated more effective, sensitive and faster infectivity detection of rotavirus and, the results reveal that rotaviruses are more resistant to UV irradiation than previously reported with traditional cell culture assays.  相似文献
