IF板与08Al板的成形性能研究

通过模拟成形性试验，对新型超深冲用IF钢板和传统冲压用08Al钢板的冲压成形性能进行了研究．结果表明：IF板的拉深性能、扩孔性能、胀形性能以及“拉深-胀形”复合性能等均优于08Al板，其中，扩孔性能和平面各向异性的改善最为显著；各项试验中，IF板的成形力普遍小于08Al板。     

A generalized approach to the reconstruction of a restricted class of digitized planar curves

Reconstruction of an original continuous curve and the estimation of its parameters from the digitized version of the curve is a challenging problem, as quantization always causes some loss of information. In this paper, we have developed a scheme for reconstruction which is applicable to a class of curves having at the most two parameters. The class of curves for which the scheme works has also been characterized. We have shown that for one-parameter curves the exact domain of values of the parameter can be obtained. But in the two-parameter case, only the smallest rectangle containing the domain can be realised. The distinctive feature of our scheme is that it provides a unified approach to solve the reconstruction and the domain-finding problem for a class of curves.

基于STM32平台的CAN总线车载式漏电流数字传感器

介绍一种基于STM32平台的CAN总线车载式漏电流数字传感器的设计。在高精度模拟漏电流传感器的基础上,采用CAN总线进行数据通信,在目前高端的、低功耗、小系统设计处理器Cortex—M3(STM32)上经数字化改进而实现。该漏电流数字传感器经实验验证检测准确、响应快速、数据通信安全可靠,是目前一种先进的车载式漏电流数字传感器。实际使用时,由多个漏电流数字传感器与一台计算机互接,构成一个多点的漏电检测网络,最终实现漏电检测的综合处理。     

Mechanical performance and texture characteristic of an IF steel containing Nb and Ti by double cold rolling

Single cold rolling and double cold rolling were applied to hot rolled strips with different reduction ratios. The evolutions of {100},{111} and Goss face texture during double rolling were investigated by comparing the orientation distribution function(ODF) of the double rolled sample with that of the single rolled one. Corrosion behavior and mechanism of the automotive hot-dip galvanized steel with alkaline mud adhesion

The corrosion behavior and mechanism of hot-dip galvanized steel and interstitial-free (IF) substrate with alkaline mud adhesion were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and linear polarization. The results show that non-uniform corrosion occurs on the galvanized steel and IF substrate during 250 h with the mud adhesion. The corrosion products on the galvanized steel are very loose and porous, which are mainly ZnO, Zn5(OH...     

宽动态范围接收机射频前端的设计与仿真

在接收机系统中,中频信号的纯净度及电平平稳性对后续数字处理有很大影响,因此设计一个性能优越的前端对提高接收机整机性能有着非常重要的作用。该文旨在提出一种应用在宽动态范围接收机前端的设计方案,以达到宽动态范围、高灵敏度和中频稳定输出。结合设计指标选用合适的芯片,并利用Advanced Design System软件对整个系统进行仿真。仿真结果验证了各项指标均达到预期所设要求。

介绍了无机类富勒烯(Inorganic fullerene-like,简称IF)与过渡金属硫化物(WS2和MoS2)纳米材料的常用合成技术--固-气与气相反应合成方法; 以及用化学复合镀法制备含有IF-WS2纳米颗粒的Ni-P复合镀层的方法.
