Design and realization of ad-hoc VoIP with embedded p-SIP server

In this paper we design and implement the pseudo session initiation protocol (p-SIP) server embedded in each mobile node to provide the ad-hoc voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services. The implemented p-SIP server, being compatible with common VoIP user agents, integrates the standard SIP protocol with SIP presence to handle SIP signaling and discovery mechanism in the ad-hoc VoIP networks. The ad-hoc VoIP signaling and voice traffic performances are analyzed using E-model R rating value for up to six hops in the implemented test-bed. We also conduct the interference experiments to imitate the practical ad-hoc VoIP environment. The analyzed results demonstrate the realization of ad-hoc VoIP services by using p-SIP server.     

Texture analysis of poly-adenylated mRNA staining following global brain ischemia and reperfusion

Texture analysis provides a means to quantify complex changes in microscope images. We previously showed that cytoplasmic poly-adenylated mRNAs form mRNA granules in post-ischemic neurons and that these granules correlated with protein synthesis inhibition and hence cell death. Here we utilized the texture analysis software MaZda to quantify mRNA granules in photomicrographs of the pyramidal cell layer of rat hippocampal region CA3 around 1 h of reperfusion after 10 min of normothermic global cerebral ischemia. At 1 h reperfusion, we observed variations in the texture of mRNA granules amongst samples that were readily quantified by texture analysis. Individual sample variation was consistent with the interpretation that animal-to-animal variations in mRNA granules reflected the time-course of mRNA granule formation. We also used texture analysis to quantify the effect of cycloheximide, given either before or after brain ischemia, on mRNA granules. If administered before ischemia, cycloheximide inhibited mRNA granule formation, but if administered after ischemia did not prevent mRNA granulation, indicating mRNA granule formation is dependent on dissociation of polysomes. We conclude that texture analysis is an effective means for quantifying the complex morphological changes induced in neurons by brain ischemia and reperfusion.

嵌入式Internet在远程监控系统中的应用

以远程图像监控系统为例,通过对标准TCP/IP的详细分析,并结合微控制器的特点,提出了一种构建基于8位微控制器的嵌入式Internet解决方案.随后详细描述了整个系统的设计原理,重点研究分析了以太网络接口的软硬件设计,接着对在8位微控制器上实现TCP/IP协议的技术--嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈作了分析研究.     

针对搜索服务的操作系统伸缩性研究

分析当前成熟操作系统,找出其在多核环境下的性能瓶颈并进行改进,已经成为了现代操作系统研究的重点之一.通过搜索服务压力测试实验发现,运行Nginx反向代理的64核Linux服务器的伸缩性不佳,启用64核时的吞吐量仅是1核时的3倍.瓶颈在于服务器上所有网卡中断和软中断处理都集中在一个CPU核上.结合网卡的Flow Direction机制和Linux内核中断的亲和性配置,实现了网卡中断负载均衡的方法,系统吞吐量提升33％.多核环境下网卡中断负载均衡无法保证TCP连接的亲和性.通过修改Linux内核代码,解决了TCP连接的非亲和性问题,系统吞吐量在之前的提升基础上,又提升9％.     

基于操作系统内核的包过滤防火墙系统的设计与实现

主要研究如何通过基于Windows操作系统内核的包过滤防火墙系统来实现网络安全防护.基于操作系统内核的包过滤防火墙系统是基于网络层实现的包过滤防火墙系统,该系统要求能够对所有进出计算机的IP数据包进行灵活控制,实现包过滤的核心问题是如何截获所有的IP数据包.首先介绍了包过滤防火墙的基本结构和原理,然后在剖析操作系统内核的基础上,研究并设计了基于Windows操作系统内核的包过滤防火墙系统.     

优化NoC性能的存储和通信压缩

文中针对NoC体系结构,提出了两种数据压缩技术,被称为高速缓存压缩和网络接口控制(NIC)内的压缩.性能实测结果指示压缩能够使NoC设计在较低的网络延迟、较低的功耗和改进应用性能等方面获得优势.     

一种神经网络结合NIC的PN码估计方法

针对网络电磁对抗环境中直接序列扩频信号的伪随机码的估计,这里提出了一种基于神经网络结合信息更新法则的方法,对过去基于神经网络的方法进行改进,构建了新的运算模型。理论分析和计算机仿真结果表明,该方法能在较低的信噪比容限下,正确地估计出扩频信号的伪随机码序列,该方法的性能优于原有的基于神经网络模型的码估计方法,为今后能够解决低信噪比条件下扩频码序列盲处理问题提供了一种更有效的途径。     

VxWorks环境下双网卡冗余备份技术的实现

在对网络通信可靠性要求高的系统中，需要对网卡进行双冗余备份。当正常通信的网卡或线路出现故障时能自动地切换到备份网卡。本文详述了实时操作系统、VxWorks下一种双网卡冗余备份技术的实现。
