Using a Discrete-Event System Specifications (DEVS) for designing a Modelica compiler

We introduce a new architecture for the design of a tool for modeling and simulation of continuous and hybrid systems. The environment includes a compiler based on Modelica, a modular and a causal standard specification language for physical systems modeling (the tool supports models composed using certain component classes defined in the Modelica Standard Library, and the instantiation, parameterization and connection of these MSL components are described using a subset of Modelica). Models are defined in Modelica and are translated into DEVS models. DEVS theory (originally defined for modeling and simulation of discrete event systems) was extended in order to permit defining these of models. The different steps in the compiling process are show, including how to model these dynamic systems under the discrete event abstraction, including examples of model simulation with their execution results.

课题实现了数字电视用户管理系统的设计与开发,以Oracle数据库作为后台数据库,以C Builder 6作为前台开发工具,包括表的设计与界面的设计.实现了数字电视用户管理系统基本功能,基本上满足了实际商业运营的需要.     

在（311）面上所生长的Al_xGa_（1－x）As／GaAs单量子阱特性

文章报道了用分子束外延（ＭＢＥ）法在６００℃和６５０℃下，在Ｓｉ掺杂的ＧａＡｓ衬底的（３１１）Ａ和（３１１）Ｂ面上成功地生长了高质量的ＡｌｘＧａ１－Ａｓ／ＧａＡｓ单量子阱材料。计算了光荧光（ＰＬ）峰值能量，并与实验作了比较。讨论了（３１１）Ａ和（３１１）Ｂ面上的不同生长特性。     

面向对象的CAPP系统工艺知识表达

知识是人们在长期的生活及社会实践中、科学研究及实验中积累起来的对客观世界的认识与经验。工艺知识表达是CAPP系统的重要部分。本文介绍了工艺知识的种类，同时介绍了对工艺知识进行表示与组织的几种方法。以工艺知识中的制造资源为例，着重介绍了面向对象方法的概念及其描述形式。     

Complex system reliability modelling with Dynamic Object Oriented Bayesian Networks (DOOBN)

Nowadays, the complex manufacturing processes have to be dynamically modelled and controlled to optimise the diagnosis and the maintenance policies. This article presents a methodology that will help developing Dynamic Object Oriented Bayesian Networks (DOOBNs) to formalise such complex dynamic models. The goal is to have a general reliability evaluation of a manufacturing process, from its implementation to its operating phase. The added value of this formalisation methodology consists in using the a priori knowledge of both the system's functioning and malfunctioning. Networks are built on principles of adaptability and integrate uncertainties on the relationships between causes and effects. Thus, the purpose is to evaluate, in terms of reliability, the impact of several decisions on the maintenance of the system. This methodology has been tested, in an industrial context, to model the reliability of a water (immersion) heater system.     

Oriented colorings of 2-outerplanar graphs

A graph G is 2-outerplanar if it has a planar embedding such that the subgraph obtained by removing the vertices of the outer face is outerplanar. The oriented chromatic number of an oriented graph H is defined as the minimum order of an oriented graph H^′ such that H has a homomorphism to H^′. In this paper, we prove that 2-outerplanar graphs are 4-degenerate. We also show that oriented 2-outerplanar graphs have a homomorphism to the Paley tournament QR₆₇, which implies that their (strong) oriented chromatic number is at most 67.     

A graded diameter and oriented nanorod–thin film structure for solar cell application: a device proposal

This paper presents a device proposal based on a junction between an absorbing semiconductor nanorod structure and another window semiconductor layer for solar cell application. The possibility of band gap tuning by varying the diameter of the nanorods along the length, higher absorption coefficient at nanodimensions, the presence of a strong electrical field at the nanorod-window semiconductor nanojunctions and the carrier confinement in lateral direction are expected to result in enhanced absorption and collection efficiency in the proposed device. Process steps, feasibility, technological tasks needed for the realization of the proposed structure and the novelty of the present structure in comparison to the already reported nanostructured solar cells are also discussed.

软件组件技术在欧特克产品中的应用

软件组件技术是一些可执行单元,可以通过独立的开发和配置,然后整合到各个独立的软件系统中去,是软件系统内被标识、符合某种标准要求的组成部分。针对欧特克用户对软件使用的新需求,通过对用户工作流程以及产业发展的分析,提出了使用组件技术的解决方案,论述了以软件组件技术为核心的解决方案,在欧特克产品实施中的设计、实现过程。     

应用型本科院校材料科学与工程专业复合材料方向特色人才培养的探索与实践

随着社会对人才需求层次的不断提高,各本科高校都在从教育教学方式、专业特色方向等方面着手进行特色人才培养的探索,旨在培养适应社会需求的高层次人才。吉林化工学院为了适应东北地区经济及社会的发展需要,在材料科学与工程专业的人才培养方案中引入复合材料专业方向,并在该专业方向中坚持理论教学与科研相结合的特色,在教师队伍、实践平台、培养方案等方面进行了探索与实践,并取得了较好的成效。
