高温、电加热条件下电阻率与导热系数随温度变化明显,因此研究在此条件下的热传导具有十分重要的意义.运用MATLAB中的PDE工具箱,对高温条件下,几种不同材料的发热导体电加热过程中导热系数、电导率变化所引起的导热等问题进行了数值求解.结果表明:当发热导体半径R>5 cm时,温度的变化对发热导体的导热系数和电导率影响显著.  相似文献

研究了基于 MOSFET偏微分方程 (PDE)模型的电路仿真算法 ,并提出一种求解 PDE的快速算法。当MOSFET PDE模型用于射频 (RF)电路仿真时 ,系统方程为一个耦合系统 ,包括偏微分方程 (PDE)、常微分方程(ODE)和代数方程 (AE)。采用一套迭代算法来求解该耦合系统。将上述的模型和算法用于一个压控振荡器(VCO)的瞬态特性仿真 ,模拟结果与理论分析相符。  相似文献

Cellular Non Linear Networks can be useful applied for the solution of several types of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs). This paper will describe an analogue circuit implementation for the simulation of one-dimensional Reaction-Diffusion PDE with the possibility to set different boundary conditions as well as to select different discretization methodologies. Fausto Sargeni was born in Riano (ROMA) in 1961. He received the Dipl. Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza" in 1987. In 1989 he jointed the Dept. of Electronic Engineering at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata" as Assistant Professor. In 1998 he became Associate Professor. His research interests include analog VLSI circuits for non linear circuits and high-speed interconnections. Vincenzo Bonaiuto was born in Rome, Italy, in 1962. He received the Dipl. Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza". In 1997 he received the the Ph.D. in Telecommunication and Microelectronics. In 1996 he jointed the Electronic Engineering Dept. as Assistant Professor at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and, in 2002, he became Associate Professor. His main research interests are in the area of non linear circuits, Artificial Neural Networks analogue/digital VLSI circuits implementation.  相似文献

Image inpainting has been widely applied to many applications, such as restoring corrupted old photos, erasing video logos, concealing errors in a digital video processing system, and so on. However, traditional geometric inpainting methods suffer low efficiency. To tackle this problem, this paper addresses an efficient transform based framework for geometric methods. Given an image, we firstly decompose it, then separately perform restoration process and finally employ Laplacian diffusion function to hold local texture coherence. Experimental results show that the proposed method not only speeds up and enhances the performances of geometric methods, but also obtains a better restoration results compared with the traditional texture and hybrid methods.  相似文献

基于角色的访问控制(RBAC)技术解决了大型企业信息系统中复杂的安全访问问题.为了提高软件的可重用性,缩短应用系统的开发周期,研究并开发通用的RBAC插件,使其能够集成于各种企业信息系统中完成该信息系统的权限控制需求.分析Eclipse的工作机制以及基于OSGI规范的插件实现原理,提出在Eclipse平台上设计和实现一个通用RBAC插件的设计方法,并运用Eclipse的插件开发方法实现通用的RBAC插件.  相似文献

航拍图像噪声分析及滤除方法研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对航拍图像所含噪声进行了分析,针对航拍图像主要舍有高斯白噪声和脉冲噪声的特点,根据后续数据处理需要,提出一种基于四阶偏微分方程(PDE)去噪模型与改进的自适应中值滤波相结合的混合去噪方法。首先使用改进的中值滤波去除脉冲噪声,然后利用四阶偏微分方程的各向异性及边界滞留特性进行图像滤波。实验表明,该方法在去除噪声和保持边界的同时,还能避免产生阶梯效应,比单独采用其中一种方法的去噪效果更为显著,鲁棒性更强。  相似文献

开展埋地管道周围土壤温度场变化的研究,对于解决地处严寒地区的东北广大农村给水冬季经常发生给水管道冻胀现象具有重要意义.本文在建立浅理外加保温层给水管道与周围土壤非稳态传热,以及土壤自身导热的物理模型基础上,利用Matlab-PDE工具箱进行求解,分析浅埋保温给水管道运行情况及周围土壤温度场随时间变化情况.结果表明,这种浅埋外加保温层的给水管道防冻胀技术,可以基本解决给水管道在冬季运行时发生的冻胀现象.  相似文献

Observer and optimal boundary control design for the objective of output tracking of a linear distributed parameter system given by a two‐dimensional (2‐D) parabolic partial differential equation with time‐varying domain is realized in this work. The transformation of boundary actuation to distributed control setting allows to represent the system's model in a standard evolutionary form. By exploring dynamical model evolution and generating data, a set of time‐varying empirical eigenfunctions that capture the dominant dynamics of the distributed system is found. This basis is used in Galerkin's method to accurately represent the distributed system as a finite‐dimensional plant in terms of a linear time‐varying system. This reduced‐order model enables synthesis of a linear optimal output tracking controller, as well as design of a state observer. Finally, numerical results are prepared for the optimal output tracking of a 2‐D model of the temperature distribution in Czochralski crystal growth process which has nontrivial geometry. © 2014 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 61: 494–502, 2015  相似文献

A quasi-one-dimensional model of the process of continuous sedimentation in clarifier-thickeners (settlers) with variable cross-sectional area is presented. The partial differential equation (PDE) model extends the settler model advanced by Bürger et al. (2013 Bürger, R., Diehl, S., Farås, S., Nopens, I., and Torfs, E. (2013). A consistent modelling methodology for secondary settling tanks: A reliable numerical method, Water Sci. Technol. 68(1), 192208.[Crossref], [PubMed], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]), which assumes a constant cross section. A reliable numerical method that handles the special features of the nonlinear PDE is presented along with an advantageous time-step condition for continuous and batch sedimentation under the condition of a variable cross-sectional area. Simulations of continuous sedimentation show the effect of change of cross-sectional area in the concentration inside the vessel and in the underflow. Simulations of batch settling in cones illustrate the versatility of the numerical scheme to include a vertex, where the area shrinks to zero.  相似文献
