从印刷技术的发展看印刷业的重新定位

近20年以来的技术革命使印刷业发生了脱胎换骨的变化，曾经被认为是技术含量低、员工文化素质低、劳动密集型的印刷业已今非昔比。世界上最先进的电子技术、激光技术、计算机技术及网络技术在印刷领域广泛地应用与发展，改变了人们对印刷的传统思维和行为。在信息时代的今天。印刷业已经成为信息社会的先行行业。在新的形势下，印刷业的经营既离不开生产又离不开增值服务，全面解决方案的推行使印刷业的外延扩大到了第三产业。

水滑石材料处理工业废水的研究进展

工业废水主要由工业生产过程中产生的污水和废液组成,具有成分复杂、种类繁多、差异性大、难以处理等特点。主要综述了水滑石常用的制备方法,利用壳聚糖法、等离子体法、农业废弃物法进行改性制备复合材料。水滑石材料在吸附过程中多呈粉末状,难以回收,且工业化应用较少。针对以上问题,可采用引入Fe离子产生磁性,利于回收;通过开发更低廉的合成材料、简单快捷的制备方法、稳定的理化性质使水滑石材料得以工业化应用。水滑石复合材料在层板中引入磁性物质有助于回收,随着水滑石技术的深入研究和新工艺的发展,处理有毒污染物的前景必定会更广阔。     

我国印染助剂现状和今后发展的一点看法

印染助剂行业在４０多年发展中，其生产品种和应用领域不断扩大，已发展成被广泛研究、开发和生产的热门行业。本文着重对国内纺织印染助剂现状和发展提出一些看法和探讨意见。     

Structures and tribological performances of PEEK (poly-ether-ether-ketone)-based coatings designed for tribological application

Driven by economical and ecological reasons, thermoplastic-based coatings become a potential solution for anti-wear purpose. Two coating design concepts, flame spraying and printing PEEK (poly-ether-ether-ketone)-based coatings on Al substrate, were introduced in this paper. An amorphous PEEK coating was obtained by these two techniques. After being annealed, the coating presents a semi-crystalline structure. The friction and wear behaviors of PEEK-based coatings were investigated by means of ball-on-disc tests. The results show that PEEK coatings exhibit an excellent tribological performance with a relatively low coefficient of friction and wear rate. The semi-crystalline PEEK coating exhibits a lower friction coefficient and wear rate than the amorphous one. The additions of micron-sized particles such as SiC and graphite in PEEK coating can improve significantly the coating wear resistance.

浅淡关于平面设计的印刷色彩模式

可支持印刷的色彩模式有CMYK模式、灰度模式、位图模式和双色调模式。要提高印刷品的质量,掌握每种色彩模式的特点是关键。平面设计人员在处理图片时应先采用RGB模式处理图片的细微层次,然后再根据印刷品的实际情况谨慎转换成相应的印刷色彩模式。     

A study of roll‐printing technology for TFT‐LCD fabrication

Abstract— Recently, potential breakthrough technologies for low‐cost processing of TFT‐LCDs and new process developments for flexible‐display fabrication have been widely studied. A roll‐printing process using etch‐resist material as a replacement for photolithographic patterning was investigated. The characterization of the properties of patterns formed in roll printing, a method to fabricate cliché plates for fine patterns, and the design of a new formulation for resist printing ink is reported. The pattern position accuracy, which is one of the most important issues for the successful application of printing processes in display manufacturing was studied and how it can be improved by optimizing the blanket roll structure is explained. New design rules for the layout of the thin‐film‐transistor array was derived to improve the compatibility of roll printing. As a result, a prototype 15‐in.‐XGA TFT‐LCD panel was fabricated by using printing processes to replace all the photolithographic patterning steps conventionally used.

该文阐述了分布式打印环境的概念和特点,并对Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ打印的思想和技术进行了分析和描述,就ＩＰＰ的设计和实现提供了基本方法。
