Senescence marker protein 30 (SMP30) is a cell survival factor playing an important role in vitamin C synthesis and antiapoptosis. Moreover, its cytoprotective role suggests a possibility to be related to cancer cell survival. Mammary carcinoma is a common cancer in both humans and animals. Because of its histopathological diversity, especially in the early stage, histopathological diagnosis may be complicated; therefore, a diagnostic marker is helpful for confirmation. The present study analyzed the expression pattern of SMP30 in mammary carcinoma in humans, dogs, and cats. Immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and western blot analysis were used to investigate SMP30 expression patterns. The expression was specifically observed in neoplastic glandular epithelial cells. The expression increased with the malignancy of glandular epithelial cells with a highly proliferative status. However, SMP30 expression was low in normal mammary gland tissues or well-differentiated adenoma tissues. The patterns were consistently reproduced in canine primary mammary carcinoma cells and MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 human carcinoma cell lines. This study provides useful information to understand SMP30 expression in various stages of mammary carcinoma and to suggest its utility as a pan-species diagnostic marker, thereby helping to establish strategies for diagnosing mammary carcinoma in several species.  相似文献

分析比较平面应变状态下中间主应力的各种形式,根据侧限压缩试验的特殊应力应变条件,推导了一个 与土性参数有关的中间主应力表达式. 该表达式可简单地通过三轴压缩试验所得的参数来确定,同时还可以简 单反映土体应力历史对土体强度的影响. 将该表达式与SMP 准则和Lade 准则结合,建立了平面应变状态下土 性参数与三轴压缩状态土性参数的关系,通过试验数据的分析比较看出,所得的中间主应力能更好地反映土体 的实际性状,对于SMP 准则和Lade 准则均有很好的适用性.  相似文献

针对飞机载荷谱数以万亿计的实测数据,为了提高统计处理运行效率,提出了飞机载荷谱实测数据处理的并行算法。本文对载荷谱实测数据处理模型进行了多级并行化分析,在此基础上论述了粗粒度、中粒度、细粒度级并行处理方式,建立了两种并行处理算法——基于机型数据流的粗粒度与中粒度并行数据处理算法和基于某起落数据流的中粒度与细粒度并行数据处理算法。在小规模对称多处理器(Symmetrical multi-processors,SMP)集群运算平台下进行比较测试表明,可大幅地提高载荷谱数据处理运行效率,在8核运算环境下,最高能获得5.82的加速比,为飞机载荷谱实测数据处理研究领域进行大规模科学计算和提高数据处理效率提供了新的技术途径。  相似文献

The Earth Simulator (ES) is an SMP cluster system. There are two types of parallel programming models available on the ES. One is a flat programming model, in which a parallel program is implemented by MPI interfaces only, both within an SMP node and among nodes. The other is a hybrid programming model, in which a parallel program is written by using thread programming within an SMP node and MPI programming among nodes simultaneously. It is generally known that it is difficult to obtain the same high level of performance using the hybrid programming model as can be achieved with the flat programming model.

In this paper, we have evaluated scalability of the code for direct numerical simulation of the Navier–Stokes equations on the ES. The hybrid programming model achieves the sustained performance of 346.9 Gflop/s, while the flat programming model achieves 296.4 Gflop/s with 16 PNs of the ES for a DNS problem size of 2563. For small scale problems, however, the hybrid programming model is not as efficient because of microtasking overhead. It is shown that there is an advantage for the hybrid programming model on the ES for the larger size problems.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new algorithm that analyzes the data dependency pattern in the first-order linear recurrence (FOLR) and transforms it into algebraically equivalent expanded form so that it can be processed in parallel using the threads on symmetric multiprocessor (SMP) machines. The transformation aims to eliminate the data dependencies in the naive nested form of the FOLR. However, as this transformation may result in extra multiplication operations, our algorithm examines the immanent overhead of the expanded form of the FOLR and generates a new hybrid form of the FOLR. The hybrid form combines nested and appropriately expanded form in order to make it suitable for parallel processing. The parallel algorithm based on the hybrid form of the FOLR is analytically examined and tested through implementation on SMP machines. The implementation details, such as the workload balancing between processors and the optimization of cache performance, are also discussed. The experimental results show that the parallel algorithm based on the hybrid form of the FOLR considerably improves the performance on SMP machines that have three of more processors.  相似文献

Based on the thermomechanical mechanism of shape memory polymers (SMPs), the three-dimensional thermomechanical constitutive equation that can be used in the ABAQUS finite element simulation was derived. Then this paper compiled UMAT subroutine and simulated the thermomechanical behaviors of SMP smart mandrels. In addition, the properties of shape fixity and shape recovery ratio of SMP were considered in detail. Finally, filament winding experiments were proceeded on bottle-shaped and air duct-shaped mandrels and the simple and efficient demoulding of SMP mandrels were verified. The results showed the feasibility of SMP as the smart mandrels from practical application in the future.  相似文献
