两阶段领域自适应学习

针对领域自适应问题中源域和目标域的联合分布差异最小化问题,提出两阶段领域自适应学习方法.在第一阶段考虑样本标签和数据结构的判别信息,通过学习一个共享投影变换,使投影后的共享空间中边缘分布的差异最小.第二阶段利用源域标记数据和目标域非标记数据学习一个带结构风险的自适应分类器,不仅能最小化源域和目标域条件分布差异,还能进一步保持源域和目标域边缘分布的流形一致性.在3个基准数据集上的实验表明,文中方法在平均分类准确率和Kappa系数两项评价指标上均表现较优.

The aligned Si nanowires growth using MW plasma enhanced CVD

New and simple modification of vapor-liquid-solid process for Si nanowires growth based on microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition that uses solid-state Si target as a source of Si atoms was developed. The method was temperature and pressure controlled evaporation of solid phase of Si source in hydrogen microwave plasma. Aligned growth of Si nanowires was performed in local electric field by applying of constant negative bias to substrate holder. Deposited Si nanowires were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Correlation between photoluminescence spectra and Si nanowires properties were studied.     

A multi-document summarization system based on statistics and linguistic treatment

The massive quantity of data available today in the Internet has reached such a huge volume that it has become humanly unfeasible to efficiently sieve useful information from it. One solution to this problem is offered by using text summarization techniques. Text summarization, the process of automatically creating a shorter version of one or more text documents, is an important way of finding relevant information in large text libraries or in the Internet. This paper presents a multi-document summarization system that concisely extracts the main aspects of a set of documents, trying to avoid the typical problems of this type of summarization: information redundancy and diversity. Such a purpose is achieved through a new sentence clustering algorithm based on a graph model that makes use of statistic similarities and linguistic treatment. The DUC 2002 dataset was used to assess the performance of the proposed system, surpassing DUC competitors by a 50% margin of f-measure, in the best case.     

融合句法信息的双语词对齐方法研究

词对齐研究是多文种信息处理工作的一项不容忽略的基础性研究内容。通过针对中文和蒙古文词对齐研究中存在的形态和词序不对称以及支撑词对齐研究的对齐语料缺乏问题,开展融合语言信息的中蒙混合词对齐模型构建方法研究。利用产生式词对齐结果以及中蒙两种语言的语言信息作为潜特征,建立高质量的融合语言信息的中蒙混合词对齐模型。实验结果证明,该文提出方法对于利用可比语料抽取对齐语料是可行的。     

基于树搜索算法的多用户MIMO系统的自由度分配

针对最大化多用户MIMO系统的和速率的问题,提出了将迭代式干扰对齐技术（Iterative Interference Alignment：ⅡA）和系统自由度（DoF）分配策略相结合的一种算法.系统的DoF分配是通过树搜索算法（Tree search）来实现的.理论分析及实验仿真结果表明,该算法获得的系统容量,接近遍历法（exhausting search：EX）的结果,但是在算法复杂性及收敛时间上明显优于遍历法.     

SIMD代码中的向量访存优化研究

向量程序来源于手工编写或由编译器自动生成。受限于编程人员和并行编译器的能力,得到的向量程序都存在一定的优化空间。优化编译器通常关注如何将串行程序向量化,但很少对向量程序进行优化。因此,提出了一种针对SIMD代码的向量访存优化方法。该方法首先分析程序是否需要优化,若存在需求,则对程序同时进行深度冗余优化和对齐优化。实验数据显示,提出的方法可以明显提高程序的运行效率,达到了目标。     

利用语句结构信息的机器翻译自动评测初探

机器翻译评测对机器翻译有着极其重要的意义,它对翻译系统性能的提高做出了很大的贡献,同时促进了机器翻译的发展.本文在HNC机器翻译策略的基础上,对翻译语料的句类转换和句式转换做了初步的研究,并利用句类转换和句式转换的理论,建立了基于句类信息的自动评测的打分机制.
