The Spatial LASSO With Applications to Unmixing Hyperspectral Biomedical Images

Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) is a spectroscopic method that uses densely sampled measurements along the electromagnetic spectrum to identify the unique molecular composition of an object. Traditionally HSI has been associated with remote sensing-type applications, but recently has found increased use in biomedicine, from investigations at the cellular to the tissue level. One of the main challenges in the analysis of HSI is estimating the proportions, also called abundance fractions of each of the molecular signatures. While there is great promise for HSI in the area of biomedicine, large variability in the measurements and artifacts related to the instrumentation has slow adoption into more widespread practice. In this article, we propose a novel regularization and variable selection method called the spatial LASSO (SPLASSO). The SPLASSO incorporates spatial information via a graph Laplacian-based penalty to help improve the model estimation process for multivariate response data. We show the strong performance of this approach on a benchmark HSI dataset with considerable improvement in predictive accuracy over the standard LASSO. 多带抗噪声语音识别算法研究

根据Flether等人的研究,基于感知独立性假设的子带识别方法被用于抗噪声鲁棒语音识别。本文拓展子带方法,采用基于噪声污染假定的多带框架来减少噪声影响。论文不仅从理论上分析了噪声污染假定多带框架在识别性能上的潜在优势,而且提出了多带环境下的鲁棒语音识别算法。研究表明：多带框架不仅回避了独立感知假设要求,而且与子带方法相比,多带方法能更好的减少噪声影响,提高系统识别性能。     

双极关键工艺的在线统计分析

采用了双极晶体管作为双极工艺的测试结构,将在线工艺的统计分析理论应用于双极工艺,研制了双极工艺的统计分析软件。最后给出了双极工艺的某些分析结果。     

低渗透率地层渗透率的确定方法

结合大庆油田外围低渗透率地层的地质特点,根椐渗流理论和岩心分析资料,分析了地层渗透率与孔隙度、组成地层的各种矿物含量以及泥质含量之间的关系,建立了不同矿物组合地层的渗透率计算方程。用本方法计算的和岩心分析的渗透率进行了对比,二者之间具有较好的一致性。

薄板坯连铸工艺液芯压下的有限元分析

简要介绍世界几种主要薄板坯连铸工艺。着重叙述应用大型通用商业软件MSC.MARC。模拟液芯压下时铸坯的变形，确定最佳压下方案的有限元分析，液芯压下应该在结晶器出口处及二冷区扇形段开始部分进行，这样能减小铸坯的应变。

Protein binding study of isoflavone, perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen by high-performance frontal analysis

High-performance frontal analysis (HPFA) was used for a protein binding study of isoflavones (daidzein, genistin, and genistein), enantiomers of perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen to human serum albumin (HSA). The analyses were performed on a Develosil and Inertsil 100-Diol-5 column (10 cm×4.6mm). Sodium phosphate solution (pH 7.4, ionic strength 0.17) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. To ensure the drug to be eluted as a trapezoidal peak with a plateau, injection volumes were each fixed up the zonal profile with an evident plateau appears. The unbound drug concentration was determined from a plateau height of the plateau region after that experimental data were fitted by Scatchard equation. The binding constants (K) and total binding affinities (nK) of drugs to HSA were calculated, respectively.
