Plant Copper Amine Oxidases: Key Players in Hormone Signaling Leading to Stress-Induced Phenotypic Plasticity

Polyamines are ubiquitous, low-molecular-weight aliphatic compounds, present in living organisms and essential for cell growth and differentiation. Copper amine oxidases (CuAOs) oxidize polyamines to aminoaldehydes releasing ammonium and hydrogen peroxide, which participates in the complex network of reactive oxygen species acting as signaling molecules involved in responses to biotic and abiotic stresses. CuAOs have been identified and characterized in different plant species, but the most extensive study on a CuAO gene family has been carried out in Arabidopsis thaliana. Growing attention has been devoted in the last years to the investigation of the CuAO expression pattern during development and in response to an array of stress and stress-related hormones, events in which recent studies have highlighted CuAOs to play a key role by modulation of a multilevel phenotypic plasticity expression. In this review, the attention will be focused on the involvement of different AtCuAOs in the IAA/JA/ABA signal transduction pathways which mediate stress-induced phenotypic plasticity events.

菌型叶根动叶片是一种新型的动叶片,采用数控铣加工叶根内径向面时留0.1~0.2mm余量,然后在进行叶根内径向磨削,叶冠直接加工到位,没有后序磨削加工,由于叶根叶冠在加工过程中不是一次装夹完成的,根冠存在一定的落差,在后续的装配中容易产生配合间隙,无法达到要求。文中介绍了一种新的加工工艺,解决了这一问题。     

正交特征群

本文在证明了有限Ａｂｅ１群Ｇ与它的特征群Ｇ√存在同构的一个必要充分条件之后，构造了一类正交特征群，从而概括了相当一大类正交变换（它包括了离散付里叶变换、阿达玛变换、数论变换、Ｃｈｒｅｓｔｅｎｓｏｎ变换）这对构成有限域与整环上的正交变换具有指导作用。     

An Algorithm For Selecting a Generator of Z_p

How to select a generator of Zp* is an important problem in cryptographic applications, where p is an odd prime. In this paper, we mainly consider the especial case that p is a safe prime, and give an algorithm for selecting a generator of Zp*,and find all generators of Zp* , where p is a safe prime. Our algorithm is more faster than the algorithm in [1]. Based on the proposed algorithm, one could find all generators of Zp* as well, where p is a perfect prime.     

美国西雅图先锋广场历史保护区的形成

考察美国西雅图先锋广场历史保护区形成的过程,可以看出城市历史文化遗存的保护是经济与历史文化合力作用的结果,公众参与在城市历史文化保护工作中发挥着重要的作用。我国城市经济高速发展,保护与发展的矛盾冲突还没得到很好解决,先锋广场的例子对我们具有一定的参考价值。     

甘草纤素对实验动物化学性肝损伤保护功能研究

目的:了解甘草纤素对大鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:按照卫生部《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》进行。并比较四氯化碳染毒后第48h和第5d处死动物对各项指标的影响。结果:与肝损伤模型对照组比较,染毒后第48h,甘草纤素的二个剂量组血清ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)水平均有显著降低(p<0.05),中、高剂量组血清AST(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶)水平也有显著降低(p<0.05)。受试物的高剂量组可改善肝细胞的退行性变,且高剂量组可明显减轻CCl4引起的肝细胞坏死(p<0.05)。结论:适量甘草纤素对CCl4所致动物急性肝损伤具有保护作用。     

人睫状神经营养因子基因克隆、表达、纯化及其生物活性

［摘 要］目的 克隆人睫状神经营养因子（hCNTF）基因，在大肠杆菌宿主系统中高效表达并纯化，获得具有生物活性的hCNTF蛋白。方法 以人染色体DNA为模板，经PCR扩增到编码CNTF成熟蛋白的cDNA序列，并克隆进原核表达载体 pBV220，在大肠杆菌 BL21（Gold）中进行表达，产物经 CM-Sepharose FF柱纯化后，以体外培养的鸡胚背根神经节（DRG）测定生物活性。结果 重组表达质粒pBV22Z- CNTF在大肠杆菌BL21（Gold）中获得了非融合的稳定、高效表达，目的蛋白占细胞总蛋白的45％左右，以可溶性和包涵体两种形式存在，表达上清及包涵体复性后经CM柱一步纯化纯度达90％以上；表达的重组hCNTF能促进培养的鸡胚背根神经节神经突起的生长。结论 基因工程rhCNTF的获得为进一步研究其结构功能关系和临床应用奠定基础。     

论GPS星座组成及若干抗AS方案

本文首先讨论GPS星座组成及美国的用政策，阐述了AS措施及其对GPS测量的影响。然后，对抗AS的若干方案进行介绍，分别对平方法、互相关法、码相关干法及P－W技术（Ashtech法）进行叙述和评论，指出它们的优缺点，评述它们在GPS技术发展过程所起的作用。最后，对GPS星座建成后的形势作了小结，并对当前我国GPS事业的有关问题提出四点建议。     

Radiation-laminar free convection in a square duct with specular reflection by absorbing-emitting medium

The purpose of this work is to study the effects of specularly reflecting wall under the combined radiative and laminar free convective heat transfer in an infinite square duct. An absorbing and emitting gray medium is enclosed by the opaque and diffusely emitting walls. The walls may reflect diffusely or specularly. Boussinesq approximation is used for the buoyancy term. The radiative heat transfer is evaluated using the direct discrete ordinates method. The parameters under considerations are Rayleigh number, conduction to radiation parameter, optical thickness, wall emissivity and reflection mode. The differences caused by the reflection mode on the stream line, and temperature distribution and wall heat fluxes are studied. Some differences are observed for the categories mentioned above if the order of the conduction to radiation parameter is less than order of 10^-3 for the range of Rayleigh number studied. The differences at the side wall heat flux distributions are observed as long as the medium is optically thin. As the top wall emissivity decreases, the differences between these two modes are increased. As the optical thickness decreases at the fixed wall emissivity, the differences also increase. The difference of the streamlines or the temperature contours is not as distinct as the side wall heat flux distributions. The specular reflection may alter the fluid motion.
