无源WDM技术是现阶段5G前传采用的主要技术,由于5G前传的速度高达25G,色散成为影响5G前传的主要因素。介绍了无源WDM前传方案的技术原理和常用模型的波长分配,通过对光模块的发送和色散代价(TDP)指标的研究,分析了TDP的各影响因素及其对5G前传的影响,最后结合光纤链路传输指标要求,提出了无源WDM技术在5G前传中的部署建议。  相似文献

Transferable Discharge Permit (TDP) programs in water quality management produce environmental benefit, which closely achieves the same benefit through a command-and-control approach, with comparatively lower costs. Estimating abatement cost functions is one of the greatest challenges in these trading programs. According to the fact that water flows to the lowest level uni-directionally, the Trading Ratio System (TRS) is utilized for water quality management in river systems. TRS considers the river assimilative capacity and provides the optimum trading pattern. TRS has been designed for a single water quality variable and the existing uncertainties are not incorporated. In this study, an extended version of TRS is utilized which considers the uncertainties in treatment cost functions and can be used for BOD/DO management in rivers. Then, by combining the extended TRS and a fuzzy nonlinear regression, a novel model is proposed to configure a permit trading structure and provide decision maker with a wealth of cost-effective management strategies. The proposed model has been used for trading water pollutant discharge permits in the Zarjub river in northern part of Iran. The results show that trading discharge permit in this river system is a cost-effective strategy. It is also shown that the uncertainty in the wastewater treatment cost functions can be easily considered using the fuzzy set theory.  相似文献

目的:观察TDP联合电脑中频并功能锻炼治疗护理慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将78例慢性腰肌劳损患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各39例。观察组采取TDP联合电脑中频配合功能锻炼及护理干预,对照组只采用单纯的功能锻炼,2个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗后总有效率(79.49%),观察组则为(97.44%),两组患者治疗效果比较(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:TDP联合电脑中频并功能锻炼及护理干预治疗慢性腰肌劳损,其临床疗效好于单纯功能锻炼治疗,且病程缩短,治疗效果好,尤其适合在基层医院开展。  相似文献

TDP (Technical Data Package,技术数据包)是信息共享中的一种数据封装技术,是信息化制造业的关键技术之一,用于实现产品全生命周期数据的传递与管理,在2009年解密并于2013年由美国军方发布 MIL-STD-31000A 标准文件;在标准文件的概念基础之上,分析了 TDP 技术的特点,梳理并总结出了 TDP 数据包结构;结合 TDP 技术特点与国内制造业信息化现状,提出适合于国内用于企业内信息共享与企业间跨供应链协作的 TDP 设计目标,结合设计目标对 TDP 数据包的生成流程、TDP 在网络间通信与 TDP 与现有系统间连接等几个关键点进行了设计。  相似文献

Mutations in adenine biosynthesis pathway genes ADE1 and ADE2 have been conventionally used to score for prion [PSI+] in yeast. If ade1‐14 mutant allele is present, which contains a premature stop codon, [psi?] yeast appear red on YPD medium owing to accumulation of a red intermediate compound in vacuoles. In [PSI+] yeast, partial inactivation of the translation termination factor, Sup35 protein, owing to its amyloid aggregation allows for read‐through of the ade1‐14 stop codon and the yeast appears white as the red intermediate pigment is not accumulated. The red colour development in ade1 and ade2 mutant yeast requires reduced‐glutathione, which helps in transport of the intermediate metabolite P‐ribosylaminoimidazole carboxylate into vacuoles, which develops the red colour. Here, we hypothesize that amyloid‐induced oxidative stress would deplete reduced‐glutathione levels and thus thwart the development of red colour in ade1 or ade2 yeast. Indeed, when we overexpressed amyloid‐forming human proteins TDP‐43, Aβ‐42 and Poly‐Gln‐103 and the yeast prion protein Rnq1, the otherwise red ade1 yeast yielded some white colonies. Further, the white colour eventually reverted back to red upon turning off the amyloid protein's expression. Also, the aggregate‐bearing yeast have increased oxidative stress and white phenotype yeast revert to red when grown on media with reducing agent. Furthermore, the red/white assay could also be emulated in ade2‐1, ade2Δ, and ade1Δ mutant yeast and also in an ade1‐14 mutant with erg6 gene deletion that increases cell‐wall permeability. Ubiquitinated cytoplasmic inclusions of TDP-43 and its C-terminal cleavage products are the pathological hallmarks of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and frontotemporal lobar degeneration with ubiquitinated inclusions. The C-terminal fragments (CTFs) of TDP-43 are increasingly considered to play an important role in its aggregation and in disease. Here, we employed a set of synthetic peptides spanning the length of the TDP-43 CTF (220-414) in order to find out its core aggregation domains. Two regions, one in the RRM-2 domain (246-255) and the other in the C-terminal domain (311-320) of TDP-43, stand out as highly aggregation prone. Studies done on recombinant purified TDP-43 CTF and its three mutants, in which these sequences were deleted individually and together, suggested that the 311-320 region has a more crucial role to play than the 246-255 in its aggregation. The study helps in defining specific peptide sequences that might form the core of TDP-43 aggregation. Identification of these sequences could help in designing peptide based inhibitors of TDP-43 aggregation.  相似文献

观察地奥司明、苦参汤联合TDP照射治疗66例混合痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛的疗效.随机将66例混合痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛患者分为对照组和试验组.对照组患者仅给予口服地奥司明、苦参汤熏洗治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合TDP照射治疗.两组均治疗7天,比较两组患者术后第2、4、6天肛缘水肿和疼痛情况.对照组总有效率为84.85%,观察组总有效率为93.94%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组患者术后第4日及第6日术后肛缘水肿与疼痛评分均显著高于试验组,平均水肿和疼痛缓解时间也显著长于试验组,差异(均P<0.05)有统计学意义.地奥司明、苦参汤联合TDP照射治疗,能有效减轻混合痔患者术后肛缘水肿与疼痛程度,疗效确切,值得临床推广.  相似文献

目的:观察TDP照射及喜辽妥联合尿激酶对动静脉内瘘并发症的疗效。方法:采用随机数字法,将96例动静脉内瘘由于穿刺失败等原因所致皮下血肿伴疼痛等并发症的血液透析患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组48例,观察组采用TDP照射及喜辽妥联合尿激酶局部注射,对照组采取单纯湿热敷后涂抹喜辽妥治疗动静脉内瘘并发症;在治疗3个月后,观察两组患者发生肿胀、内瘘狭窄、栓塞、血管硬化等动静脉内瘘并发症的情况。结果:两组患者在血管弹性、血管杂音、血流量等方面,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:TDP照射及喜辽妥联合尿激酶治疗对动静脉内瘘保护作用较强,能明显降低动静脉内瘘并发症的发生。  相似文献
