Applicant reactions to face-to-face and technology-mediated interviews: A field investigation.

This field study examined applicant reactions (N = 802) toward face-to-face as compared with technology-mediated interviews (through videoconferencing or by telephone) for 346 organizations. Face-to-face interviews were perceived as more fair and led to higher job acceptance intentions than were videoconferencing and telephone interviews. Perceived interview outcomes were higher with face-to-face and telephone interviews over videoconferencing. Self-monitoring moderated the relationship between interview medium and perceptions of fairness. Specifically, this relationship was (a) positive for face-to-face, (b) negative for telephone, and (c) nonsignificant for videoconferencing interviews. Moreover, the number of offers an applicant received moderated the relationship between interview medium over, and perceived fairness. The relationship between number of offers and perceived fairness was positive for face-to-face and negative for technology-mediated interviews. Evidence for instrument and family-specific variation of subclinical psychosis dimensions in the general population.

It is unknown to what degree dimensions of schizotypy (subclinical psychosis) show independent, family-specific variation in the general population. Psychologists administered the Community Assessment of Psychic Experiences, the Structured Interview for Schizotypy-Revised (SIS-R), and the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale to 257 subjects pertaining to 82 general population families. All 3 instruments showed family-specific variation for positive and negative subclinical psychosis dimensions with between-families proportions of total variance between 10% and 40%. However, only the SIS-R showed family-specific variation of the negative dimension independent of its correlation with the positive dimension. The positive dimension of subclinical psychosis shows familial-specific variation in samples unselected for psychiatric disorder, suggesting dimensional liability in the population. 一种异地库房管理中远程数据维护方法的研究与应用

介绍了在异地库房管理中，采用C／S结构和远程数据库访问技术等实现的对远程数据维护的一种方法。通过该方法开发的远程数据传输系统，实现了远程客户端对服务器的通信，完成了远程数据在后台服务器的集中管理和服务器对远程数据的格式、类型等的控制，同时保证了远程客户端对服务器操作的并发性，客户端数据和服务器数据的完整性、安全性以及远程客户端数据与后台服务器数据的一致性，有效地维护了远程数据。该系统已成功运用于库房管理之中。     

Research on the Distant Hybrids of Wheat Obtained via Low-Energy Ion-Beam Implantation

Abstract The whole DNA of soybean was implanted into four varieties of wheat of Zhongyu5, Huaiyin 9628, Wenyou 1, Jimai 5 respectively via ion-beam mediation. There were 5 plantsobtained whose protein content was higher than 18.5%, the highest one was 21.44%. There were 3plants obtained whose protein content was lower than 11.5%, the lowest one was 10.96%. We cansee that the whole DNA of soybean transformed into wheat via ion beam implantation can inducethe increase in wheat protein content dramatically. The result also shows that the transformationefficiency of different gene types of wheat receptor varies greatly that the implanting time has acertain effect on the efficiency of transformation.     

Analyzing subjectivity in therapeutic discourse: Rogers, Perls, Ellis, and Gloria revisited.

Analyzed the film Three Approaches to Psychotherapy (E. L. Shostrom, 1966), which depicts C. Rogers (client-centered therapy), A. Ellis (rational-emotive therapy), and F. S. Perls (Gestalt therapy) interviewing the same client, Gloria. Verbal exchanges between participants were analyzed, using T. S. Essig and R. L. Russell's (1988) categories for analyzing psychological relations between subjects and events in discourse. Predictable patterns in how therapists of different theoretical orientations represent subjectivity in discourse can be screened with these categories. Classification categories are appended. 关系抽取中基于本体的远监督样本扩充

远监督学习是适合大数据下关系抽取任务的一种学习算法.它通过对齐知识库中的关系实例和文本集中的自然语句,为学习算法提供大规模样本数据.利用本体进行关系实例的自动扩充,用于解决基于远监督学习的关系抽取任务中部分待抽取关系的实例匮乏问题.该方法首先通过定义关系覆盖率和公理容积率,来寻找与关系抽取任务关联性大的本体;然后,借助本体推理中的实例查询增加待抽取关系下的关系实例;最后,通过对齐新增关系实例和文本集中的自然语句,达到扩充样本的效果.实验结果表明:基于本体的远监督学习样本扩充方法能够有效完成样本匮乏的关系抽取任务,进一步提升远监督学习方法在大数据环境下的关系抽取能力.     

高校工会主席胜任力模型研究

胜任力是工作表现背后所蕴含的个人能力和行为总和,它能够有效反映出个体对于某一岗位的适应性及耦合度.运用行为事件访谈技术、质性研究及问卷调查方法构建了高校工会主席胜任力模型,研究结果显示个人特质、领导能力、协调变通能力、战略管理能力、服务关怀意识、学习创新能力是高校工会主席的核心胜任力.     

面向海上平台轻型化的跟网型中频远海风电场直流送出方案

海上风电具有广阔的发展前景,而可靠、高效的大规模远海风电并网系统是开发海上风电的关键技术.针对远海风电直流送出系统的海上平台轻型化问题,提出一种跟网型中频远海风电场直流送出方案.该方案采用跟网型风电机组,直流系统的整流侧和逆变侧都采用模块化多电平换流器(MMC).首先,从拓扑结构和控制系统2个方面对该跟网型中频方案进行了描述;接着,就海上风电场交流系统运行频率对风电场及其直流送出系统的影响进行了分析,包括对变压器、交流电缆和MMC等的影响.基于±320 kV/1000 MW海上风电直流送出系统,分析了100 Hz跟网型中频方案的技术经济性,包括关键电气设备的主回路参数、海上交流电缆造价、海上平台造价、风机造价、交流电缆损耗和整流站阀损耗、交流电缆输电能力.最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了跟网型中频方案的电磁暂态仿真模型,验证了该方案的有效性.
