一种新型回路电阻测试仪的研究与设计

针对传统低压回路电阻测试仪只能在被测设备停电时使用的一大限制,本文提出并设计了一种新型低压回路电阻测试仪。该仪器可在低压设备运行状态下对其回路电阻进行测量,在保证测量精度的前提下减少了设备停电率,大大提高了工作效率。     

Remote Steering of Self‐Propelling Microcircuits by Modulated Electric Field

The principles and design of “active” self‐propelling particles that can convert energy, move directionally on their own, and perform a certain function is an emerging multidisciplinary research field, with high potential for future technologies. A simple and effective technique is presented for on‐demand steering of self‐propelling microdiodes that move electroosmotically on water surface, while supplied with energy by an external alternating (AC) field. It is demonstrated how one can control remotely the direction of diode locomotion by electronically modifying the applied AC signal. The swimming diodes change their direction of motion when a wave asymmetry (equivalent to a DC offset) is introduced into the signal. The data analysis shows that the ability to control and reverse the direction of motion is a result of the electrostatic torque between the asymmetrically polarized diodes and the ionic charges redistributed in the vessel. This novel principle of electrical signal‐coded steering of active functional devices, such as diodes and microcircuits, can find applications in motile sensors, MEMs, and microrobotics.     

基于关键路径延时检测的自适应电压缩减技术

为了减小传统的最差情况设计方法引入的电压裕量,提出了一种变化可知的自适应电压缩减(AVS)技术,通过调整电源电压来降低电路功耗.自适应电压缩减技术基于检测关键路径的延时变化,基于此设计了一款预错误原位延时检测电路,可以检测关键路径延时并输出预错误信号,进而控制单元可根据反馈回的预错误信号的个数调整系统电压.本芯片采用SMIC180 nm工艺设计验证,仿真分析表明,采用自适应电压缩减技术后,4个目标验证电路分别节省功耗12.4％,11.3％,10.4％和11.6％.     

Road Extraction from High Resolution Remote Sensing Image based on Shape Analysis with Gestalt Theory

Simulating the psychological experience of human vision，a road extraction model based on the format tower is proposed to extract the road in the high resolution remote sensing image from the perspective of morphology.Firstly，based on the spectral and texture information，the suspected road targets are extracted by using segmentation technology.Then these targets are classified according to their reliability and extract the road targets for each category.Finally，three types of identified road information are verified and merged，and the continuous smooth road extraction results are obtained.Experiments on real high resolution images show that the results are consistent with the visual perception of the human eye，and the overall classification accuracy is higher，indicating that the algorithm is effective and feasible and has good use value.     

数字化蓄热式钢包烘烤器及自动控制系统

蓄热式燃烧技术和脉冲燃烧技术是新型的节能环保燃烧技术。数字化蓄热式钢包烘烤器控制系统利用数字化脉冲控制把这两项技术结合在一起。这大大降低了能耗，减少环境污染。本文针对数字化蓄热式钢包烘烤器，提出升温阶段采用自寻优算法，不断调整换向时间，并能记忆最优参数，保证经过几次烘烤后系统整体最优；保温阶段即采用脉冲控制的方法。

不锈钢塔器在硫酸装置中的应用

摘 要:主要介绍Sasol Agri公司硫酸四系统的技术改造,分两步进行,第一步更换转化器、热换热器及主省煤器,生产能力由1600t/d提高到1750 t/d,且鼓风机出口压力很低。第二步更换干燥塔、二吸塔及冷换热器,连续生产能力在1950 t/d以上。使用不锈钢材质及克瓦纳·凯密迪公司专有的换热器,使装置的改造相当成功,维护及操作费用较低,并具有较大的灵活性和可操作性。

Results from the ORPHEUS dark matter detector

The ORPHEUS dark matter detector consists of 450 g superconducting tin granules with diameters of 28 and 36 μm. The detector has been operating in the shallow site of the underground laboratory in Bern (70 m.w.e). First preliminary results on WIMP detection sensitivity will be presented.
