面向医院建筑项目的IPD模式应用研究

医院建筑项目是非常复杂且具有挑战性的建设项目。传统的交付模式无法满足人们对医院建筑建设、运营方面的高要求,为此开展面向医院建筑项目的IPD模式应用研究。在对IPD模式发展现状整理的基础上,阐述医院建筑项目IPD模式的适用性。分析采用IPD模式的医院建筑项目特点,并以上海市某公立三甲专科医院项目为例,对IPD模式在国内的应用进行探索性研究。     

Assessment of Anger and Aggression in Male Offenders With Developmental Disabilities.

Systematic assessment of anger among people with developmental disabilities has been lacking, especially for hospital inpatients. Reliability and validity of anger self-report psychometric scales were investigated with 129 male patients, mostly forensic. Anger prevalence and its relationship to demographic, cognitive, and personality variables and to hospital assaultive behavior were examined. High internal and intermeasure consistency, and some concurrent validity with staff ratings, were found. Retrospective validity regarding physically assaultive behavior in the hospital was obtained. Hierarchical regressions revealed that patient-reported anger was a significant predictor of assaults postadmission, controlling for age, length of stay, IQ, violence offense history, and personality variables. Housing Tenure: Pacific Families in New Zealand

Home ownership has been associated with health, social and economic benefits. However, a decline in ownership has been observed over the past decade in New Zealand. Minority groups, including Pacific people, have been disadvantaged in the housing sector. This study investigated housing tenure and the relationship between tenure and health among mothers of a birth cohort of Pacific children in New Zealand. Findings showed that most families lived in state or private rental accommodation with few (15.4 per cent) owning their own homes. Homeowners were more likely to be older, partnered and have higher incomes. Better mental health was observed for homeowners compared to renters. Findings can inform housing and public health policy for Pacific families.

环境资源负外部性与产权理论的新进展

环境资源共有产权的特性使得社会成员只能通过自身感知和理解确定对环境资源的产权边界，并且产权的实施是非排他的，所以与环境资源有关的负外部性较其他具有直接因果关系的外部性特殊。在治理这类负外部性的过程中，产权理论也有了新的发展。本文从分析环境资源产权的特殊性入手，对于产权弱化、产权分割、创建新产权和自愿合作基础上认知产权调整等负外部性内部化理论进行了分析。     

Treatment of aggression for an adult diagnosed with schizophrenia at a public psychiatric hospital.

The effectiveness of a behavioral program to treat chronic aggression in an adult male individual diagnosed with schizophrenia at a public psychiatric hospital was evaluated. A behavioral plan was developed to provide the client with positive social interactions, social skills training, and positive reinforcement for prosocial behavior; no negative consequences were implemented. The number of aggressive acts declined with the introduction of the behavioral plan and ultimately remitted even without ongoing reinforcers. This article demonstrates the value of psychological intervention in treating aggression with a treatment-resistant client in an in-patient setting. 高校医院社会化改革初探

高校医院是在计划经济时期特定的历史条件下形成的医疗机构 ,其主要任务是保障高校教职工和学生的身体健康。随着医疗体制改革的不断深入 ,为适应社会主义市场经济 ,高校医院从高校中分离乃大势所趋。但根据《学校卫生工作条件》的要求 ,高校医院的服务特点之一是预防为主 ,防治结合 ,保障学生的身体健康 ,为学生创造一个良好的学习和生活环境。因此 ,社会化不是简单地由高校举办转为地方政府举办 ,而是需要全新的思路 ,需要一个较长的过程。应积极探索适合中国国情的高校医院社会化的多种选择和途径
