Knowledge-Based Virtual Modeling and Simulation of Manufacturing Processes for Industry 4.0

Abstract

Industry 4.0 aims at providing a digital representation of a production landscape, but the challenges in building, maintaining, optimizing, and evolving digital models in inter-organizational production chains have not been identified yet in a systematic manner. In this paper, various Industry 4.0 research and technical challenges are addressed, and their present scenario is discussed. Moreover, in this article, the novel concept of developing experience-based virtual models of engineering entities, process, and the factory is presented. These models of production units, processes, and procedures are accomplished by virtual engineering object (VEO), virtual engineering process (VEP), and virtual engineering factory (VEF), using the knowledge representation technique of Decisional DNA. This blend of the virtual and physical domains permits monitoring of systems and analysis of data to foresee problems before they occur, develop new opportunities, prevent downtime, and even plan for the future by using simulations. Furthermore, the proposed virtual model concept not only has the capability of Query Processing and Data Integration for Industrial Data but also real-time visualization of data stream processing.

为解决异构数据集成的复杂性问题，文章提出了一种异构数据同步的新方法——半集成式中间件法。该方法成功地应用在重庆市社会保障综合信息系统中，具有易于实现、可扩展性、跨平台性和效率高等特点。     

大坝安全监控专家系统中的知识处理

在介绍产生式规则及其数学模型的基础上，论述了用成熟的关系数据库 技术来表示和存储产生式规则表示的专家知识的方法，较好地解决了知识的存储和管理问题 。同时，利用关系数据库中实体间的关系，很容易将分散存储的规则元素组合成规则供推理 时使用。在分析了大坝安全监控专家系统知识特点的基础上举例说明了用关系数据库表 示产生式规则的具体方法。     

在协议集成测试系统上开展路由协议测试

在分析路由协议的特性及其测试需求的基础上，提出利用窗口黑盒来描述被测协议，利用多通道测试方法扩展对被测实现的控制和观察，通过扩充参考实现增强系统的测试能力。将这些理论，技术应用于系统中，对路由协议开展了有效的测试活动，为国产高性能路由器的开发提供了有力的支持，也进一步增强了PITS系统的功能和适用性。     

合成吡啶类化合物用催化剂的再生行为研究

对合成吡啶类化合物用的失活催化剂上的结焦物进行了元素分析 ,并着重对失活催化剂的再生行为进行了研究。得到了不同失活程度催化剂的再生曲线及相同失活程度、不同再生条件下的再生曲线。经回归求得了一简单的再生反应动力学经验方程式 ,其中反应级数为碳含量的 1.16 5级 ,活化能为 4 2 .5 72kJ/mol,计算值与实验值的平均相对误差为 6 .5 %。     

Steric requirements for coal swelling by amine bases

A set of six coals ranging in rank from lignite to hvA bituminous was swollen with a series of alkyl-substituted pyridines and a smaller set of 4-alkylanilines. The size and branching of the alkyl groups was varied and the effect of this variation on the dissolution of the amines in the coal and the resulting coal swelling was measured volumetrically. In a few cases, substituents which hindered the amine nitrogen were studied. The lignite and subbituminous coal have a much higher tolerance to branched, bulky groups than do the bituminous coals. The presence of tertiary groups in a solute strongly inhibits their dissolution in bituminous coals. Bituminous coals behave as if extensive parallel packing of structures occurs. Often, they can accept very large planar groups but have a low capacity for branched groups.     

"Interactive use of lexical information in speech perception": Correction to Connine and Clifton.

Reports an error in "Interactive use of lexical information in speech perception" by Cynthia M. Connine and Charles Clifton (Journal of Experimental Psychology: Human Perception and Performance, 1987[May], Vol 13[2], 291-299). In the aforementioned article, Figures 1 and 2 were inadvertently transposed. The figure on p. 294 is actually Figure 2, and the figure on p. 296 is actually Figure 1. The captions are correct as they stand. (The following abstract of the original article appeared in record 1987-23984-001.) Two experiments are reported that demonstrate contextual effects on identification of speech voicing continua. Experiment 1 demonstrated the infuence of lexical knowledge on identification of ambiguous tokens from word–nonword and nonword–word continua. Reaction times for word and nonword responses showed a word advantage only for ambiguous stimulus tokens (at the category boundary); no word advantage was found for clear stimuli (at the continua endpoints). Experiment 2 demonstrated an effect of a postperceptual variable, monetary payoff, on nonword–nonword continua. Identification responses were influenced by monetary payoff, but reaction times for bias-consistent and bias-inconsistent responses did not differ at the category boundary. 本文主要介绍了一种应用于Cascode结构运放中的开关电容共模负反馈电路，它具有稳定性好、对运放频率特性影响小、不消耗额外功率等优点。对电路运用Hspice进行了模拟，并给出了模拟结果。
