Φ177mm PQF无缝管连轧机前横移系统改进

对鞍钢股份无缝钢管厂连轧机前毛管坯横移装置存在的设计缺陷进行了分析,并提出改进方案,将原横移装置由高架轨道横移机构及上下升降链传动装置,改进为地面轨道横移系统及同步旋转臂实现取管、放管过程。实施后消除了生产故障,缩短了轧制周期,降低生产成本。     

Passivity‐based sliding mode control for nonlinear systems

Passivity with sliding mode control for a class of nonlinear systems with and without unknown parameters is considered in this paper. In fact, a method for deriving a nonlinear system with external disturbances to a passive system is considered. Then a passive sliding mode control is designed corresponding to a given storage function. The passivity property guarantees the system stability while sliding mode control techniques assures the robustness of the proposed controller. When the system includes unknown parameters, an appropriate updated law is obtained so that the new transformed system is passive. The passivation property of linear systems with sliding mode is also analysed. The linear and nonlinear theories are applied to a simple pendulum model and the gravity‐flow/pipeline system, respectively. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Low-cycle fatigue properties of eutectic solders at high temperatures

This paper details the deformation mechanism and low‐cycle fatigue life of eutectic solder alloys at high temperature (around 0.8T_m). Grain boundary sliding generally nucleates a wedge‐type cavity that reduces the low‐cycle fatigue life of metals. In this study, grain boundary sliding has promoted intergranular failure contributing to the reduction in fatigue life of Sn–Ag–Cu alloy. However, grain boundary sliding has exerted no deleterious effects on fatigue resistance of eutectic Pb–Sn and Bi–Sn alloys. The phase boundary sliding with very fine microstructure induces exceptional ductility in these alloys leading to superior low‐cycle fatigue endurance for theses eutectic Pb–Sn and Bi–Sn alloys.     

珠江口盆地开平凹陷油气聚集条件分析

珠江口盆地自新生代以来,曾先后受到不同方向张应力的作用,造成了不同时期构造体系的交叉叠合.中中新世以来构造运动强烈,并具有东强西弱的特点,对油气的运移与聚集产生了重要影响.开平凹陷的剧烈断裂和断陷活动始于始新世,并在同期沉积了巨厚的文昌组.晚渐新世以后,由于断裂活动非常微弱,在成熟的烃源岩与其上地层之间缺乏有效的油源断层,因而自生自储、近距离运移可能是开平凹陷油气聚集的基本特征.在凹陷内部,因重力滑动和欠压实泥岩共同作用所形成的KPll-1构造带可能是该区最具有油气远景的地区.

潜油电动机滑行时间的自动测量

潜油电动机滑行时间是评定电动机装配质量的重要指标。鉴于手工测量电动机滑行时间存在效率低和误差较大的不足,设计了潜油电动机滑行时间自动测量系统。它通过分压电路和计算机自动测量系统测量潜油电动机定子上感应的电压变化状况,即可得到电动机滑行时间。用手工测量、波形分析和自动测量3种方法测量6种型号电动机的滑行时间,其中5种滑行时间长于3s,判定为合格;1种滑行时间短于3s,判定为不合格。3种方式测量的滑行时间具有较好的一致性,仅波形分析法得出的滑行时间比自动测量的滑行时间稍长,表明自动测量方法的精度和重复性可满足要求。     

n-Al2O3/Ni复合镀层的组织与滑动磨损性能研究

用电刷镀技术制得了镍基n-Al2O3复合镀层，并对镀层的滑动磨损性能进行了试验研究。纳米复合镀层的表面形貌比较细腻，镀层中纳米粒子分布均匀，与基质金属结合紧密。镀层显微硬度达到HV700，比快速镍镀层提高约40％。滑动磨损试验结果表明，随着纳米粒子含量的增大，镀层的耐磨性提高，摩擦系数也呈增大趋势；但当镀层中n-Al2O3粒子的超过2.56%(质量分数）时，镀层的耐磨性显著下降。纳米复合镀层的磨损机制以疲劳磨损为主，而快速镍底层以粘着磨损为主。     

Experience with Applying Formal Methods to Protocol Specification and System Architecture

In the last three years or so we at Enterprise Platforms Group at Intel Corporation have been applying formal methods to various problems that arose during the process of defining platform architectures for Intel's processor families. In this paper we give an overview of some of the problems we have worked on, the results we have obtained, and the lessons we have learned. The last topic is addressed mainly from the perspective of platform architects.     

Influence of load and speed on wear characteristics of grey cast iron in dry sliding — selection for minimum wear

The wear of grey cast iron in dry sliding conditions has been studied with the aims of (1) finding the influence of working conditions on the wear rate, and (2) determining the region of speed and load where low wear is accomplished. Grey cast iron with flake and nodular graphite was submitted to investigation using a pin-on-disc machine. The results indicate that the flake graphite cast iron is more suitable for applications at speeds greater than 4 m s⁻¹ and lower loads, while nodular cast iron has greater wear resistance at lower speeds in the range of loads investigated - from 50 N cm⁻² to 200 N cm⁻²
