驻涡燃烧室凹腔双涡结构研究

摘    要:从1995年Hsu等提出驻涡燃烧室至今,在不到10年时间,驻涡燃烧室经过了4代的发展,也越来越接近实际应用。该文设计实验用轴对称三维驻涡燃烧室,利用testo360对燃烧室的出口温度场及污染物排放进行测量,实验结果显示:驻涡燃烧室凹腔后体吹气能够大幅度降低NOx排放;然后通过PIV(粒子成像测速仪)技术对驻涡燃烧室冷态流场进行测量,探讨驻涡燃烧室降低污染排放的机理,试验结果显示当驻涡燃烧室在低污染工况下凹腔内确会出现双涡结构,进一步证明双涡结构对降低燃烧室污染排放物的贡献。

Abstract:The trapped vortex combustor has developed to the fourth generation in less than 10 years for its excellent performance since K-Y Hsu presented the concept of it in 1995.Two experiments which were designed to the study of this conceptual combustor have been discussed in this paper.One of the experiments was performed to evaluate the emissions of the combustor.The outlet mixture's temperature distribution and emissions are measured by testo360 gas analyzer,the experiment results show that NOx emissions can be reduced greatly by blowing from aft-cavity.The other experiment employs a PIV(particle image velocimetry)test which has been performed to study the cold flow field of the trapped vortex combustor,the results show that double vortex structure can be observed when the combustor is operating on the condition of low emissions.This testifies the contribution of double vortex structure to the combustor's low emissions performance further.
