| 摘 要： | 能否合理确定投资估算、设计概算将直接影响到投资资金筹措和计划的落实,并能有效地遏止"三超"现象产生.静态投资估算方法很多,但估算法中的系数在应用上都存在着不足.直接采用拟建项目地区的综合单价、其他费用定额,准确度较其它方法要高得多.加强设计人员、经济技术人员的配合,能更准确地确定工程造价.

| Abstract: | Whether to rationally establish investment estimation and designing budget estimation may directly influence investment funds collection and investment plans, and effectively prevent " the three oversteps". There are many ways for static investment estimation, however, applying coefficients in ways of estimation has some deficienicies. The way of directly employing comprehensive unit price and other cost quotes in the areas of construction projects is more exact than others.To strengthen the cooperation between designing personnel and economic technicians can be helpful to establish construction costs more rationally. |
