摘    要:分析了减振器接头压铸件的结构特点,阐述了该零件模具设计中的一些关键问题,设计出了适合该零件的压铸模具结构,介绍了一种侧型芯的浮动装配结构,并对模具制造中的一些关键问题作了说明。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the structure characteristic of the damper connector part, some key points in pressure casting die design for the part were presented. The die structure adapted to the pressure casting die for the part was put forward. A kind of side core floating assembly structure was introduced and some key points in the die manufacturing were described.
