摘    要:定点式双向螺距补偿法应用在数控系统中.首先,在系统参数中建立每坐标轴螺距补偿相关参数:各补偿轴的起点机床坐标、终点机床坐标、补偿间隔的长度.并建立每段补偿间隔对应的补偿值表.数控系统在输出各轴进给量时,通过判断是否经过补偿点来对输出量进行补偿.

Abstract:The positioning bidirectional pitch compensation method is applied in NC system. In the first place, the parameters related to the pitch compensation of each coordinate axis are set up in the system, including the machine starting coordinate for each compensative axis, the machine terminal coordinate and the length of compensative space. A table of compensative values corresponding to the compensative space of each segment is also set up. When the NC system outputs the feed to each axis, it compensates the output by judging whether passing through the compensation point or not.
