功率二分支齿轮传动系统静态均载特性研究

摘    要:针对船用大功率齿轮传动系统,考虑齿轮制造误差和安装误差,建立了功率二分支齿轮传动系统的静态均载分析模型,给出了系统的静态均载系数,研究了制造误差和安装误差对二分支齿轮传动系统均载特性的影响规律,得到了误差与均载系数间的函数关系,为功率二分支齿轮传动系统的静态均载设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:For high-power gear transmission system of marine, a static analysis model is established for the dual power path gear transmission in consideration of gear manufacturing error and assembly error,and the mesh load factor is obtained.The influence law of the error on the load sharing characteristics is investigated,and the functional relationship between the error and the mesh load factor are obtained.The theory base for static load sharing design of the dual power path gear transmission is provided.
