区域年最大负荷总加模式的研究与探讨

摘    要:区域年最大负荷是电网规划中最基础的参数。从层级、电压等级、地调电源出力、专用变负荷、县公司资产变电站负荷等5个方面分析了区域年最大负荷在实际规划工作中概念不清取值混乱的原因,以及导致的不良后果。强调了规范区域年最大负荷对于建设"大规划"体系的必要性,并总结提出了分层分区分电压等级的年最大负荷总加模式体系。

Abstract:Regional annual maximum load is the most basic parameter in grid planning.Reason of the confused regional annual maximum load value in grid planning is analyzed from five dimensions: level,voltage grade,output of regional dispatching power plant,load of user substation and substation belong to country company.Also,the importance of the regional annual maximum load definition for grand planning is emphasized.At last,total model of regional annual maximum load in separated levels,regions and voltage grade.
