摘    要:通过对火电机组进行阀门配汽特性试验和单阀、顺序阀的切换试验研究,在确定顺序阀的进汽方式后,修改阀门特性曲线、流量特性曲线、高压调门的阀门重叠度、机组协调的PID参数,保证了单顺阀切换过程机组负荷无扰动.机组单阀顺序阀切换试验,优化汽轮机的调节特性,提高机组的运行效率.

Abstract:Through experimental study on single valve switching to sequencing valve and valve way of steam admission, valve discharge characteritic curve, valve flux characteristic curve, valces overlap and PID parameter of unit coordination has been changed to ensure single valve switching without interrupt. Single valve switching to sequencing valve experiment can optimzing turbine characteristics and enhancing operation effect.
