| 摘 要： | 国务院《电力安全事故应急处置和调查处理条例》(国务院令第599号,以下简称《条例》)已于2011年9月1日起实施.为贯彻落实《条例》精神,保障电网安全稳定运行,对符合《电力系统安全稳定导则》要求,但故障减供负荷达到电力安全事故等级的西部地区电网,从运行方式、故障类型、减供负荷、事故等级等方面入手,对西部电网区域性稳定控制系统进行适应性分析,并提出相应解决方案建议.

| Abstract: | The electric power safety emergency disposal and investigation and handling regulations(Order No.599 of the State Council,hereinafter referred to as the regulation)which was promulgated by The State Council has been implemented from September 1,2011.In order to implement the Regulations as well as ensure the safety and stability of the power grid operation,and in line with the requirement of guidelines for power system security and stability,the paper analyzed the adaptability on regional stability control system in Jiangxi western power grid from the operation mode,fault type,reducing supply load and accidents.Finally,the solution proposals are put forward. |
