避障小车转向系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一种具有方向控制功能小车的转向系统.该小车在前行过程中能自动避开赛道上设置的等距障碍物.由于凸轮机构能实现复杂的运动规律,本设计采用凸轮机构完成小车的转向功能,通过MATLAB软件对凸轮轮廓曲线进行了拟合,并对导向杆运动规律进行了分析,结果表明本转向机构的设计是合理可行的.

Abstract:Steering system of a car which controlling the direction by itself is designed.The car could avoid the equidistant obstacle on the track when running.Because the cam mechanism can make the follower move in a complex movement rules,so it is used to completing the function of steering.Through the MATLAB software the cam profile curve is fitted,and the movement rules of the guide bar are analyzed.The results show that the design of the steering mechanism is reasonable and feasible.
