摘    要:在汽车、航空、船舶等动力传动系统设计中,多级平行轴齿轮传动方案应用广泛,其设计处于整个传动系统研发周期的最前端,更是决定传动系统性能的关键环节。因此,开发智能化的多级平行轴齿轮传动方案设计软件对于缩短设计周期、提高设计质量等都具有重要的意义。在C#.Net 2005环境下,使用MindFusion程序组件,调用Matlab和Pro/E程序,开发集方案图绘制、参数计算、三维输出于一体的多级平行轴齿轮传动方案设计平台。该设计平台数据计算高效、界面友好,是传动方案设计的有力工具。

Abstract:In the automobile,aviation,marine and other gear transmission systems design,the multi-stage parallel-shaft gear transmission scheme is widely used,and the design stands at the forefront of the development cycle,moreover plays a key role in deciding the system performance.In order to improve efficiency,it is very important to develop an intelligent drawing software for the multi-stage parallel-shaft gear transmission scheme.The software will not only reduce the design cycle,but also enhance design quality.In C #.Net 2005,Matlab and Pro/E environment,the software is developed by the use of MindFusion program components.The design platform has the following functions 2D sketch,parameter calculation,3D output and so on.The software is high-efficiency on data calculation and friendly interface,so it is a powerful tool for developing transmission scheme.
