基于共享零部件的快速设计方法

摘    要:随着汽车制造生产模式逐步由大批量生产到大批量定制模式转变的深入,汽车生产企业对装备制造业提出了更苛刻的要求.为缩短设计周期、降低制造成本,标准化是汽车装备制造业的必然选择.分析了汽车制造装备的产品特点,提出了基于共享零部件的快速设计方法,重新定义了工作流程,并对共享零部件界定、系列化、编码方法、存储和重用等关键技术提出了有效的解决方案.

Abstract:The production mode of automotive industry has been gradually shifted from the mass production to the mass customization.In this case,automobile manufacturing companies make tougher demands on equipment manufacturing industry.For automobile equipment manufacturing industry,standardization is the inevitable choice to reduce design cycle time and manufacturing costs.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing products,proposed the fast design method based on the sharing parts and workflow has been redefined,then five viable solutions for key questions has been answered : he definition,serialization,coding method,storage and reuse of sharing parts.
