某飞机发动机减震器模具设计

摘    要:为了改进某飞机发动机减震器两种常用模具结构的不足,设计了一种压胶模,该模具采用上模、中模、下模以及活动型芯四个模具结构零件,上模与型芯、中模与下模均采用锥面配合,底模上与型芯的定位面和与中模的定位面可一次加工完成,且上模与中模之间采取齐平外骨架处水平分型.论文还详细介绍了模具尺寸设计及技术要求.

Abstract:Designing a kind of rubber pressurized is to improve the shortcomings of two common molds structure of an aircraft engine damper.This mold adapts four mold structure parts,including the upper mold,the middle mold,the lower mold and the movable core,the upper mold conically fits the core,the middle mold and the lower mold also use the same fit,machining the locating surface between the lower mold and the core is one-time,so is the locating surface of the middle mold,and the flush exo-skeletal horizontal parting is used between the upper and middle mold.This paper still introduces the dimensional designs and technical requirements of mold s in detail.
