基于Matlab的齿轮磨齿渐开线起始点直径的求解

摘    要:针对齿轮磨齿渐开线的起始点直径问题,基于齿轮啮合原理,建立滚齿数学模型。采用坐标变换法由磨前齿轮滚刀齿形参数推导出齿轮齿廓各段曲线,并通过Matlab编程精确绘制出齿轮廓形,确定磨齿渐开线起始点直径。同时,将上述理论计算结果与磨齿检测报告相比较,结果证实该方法理论分析正确,对齿轮加工具有实际指导意义。

Abstract:In allusion to the diameter problem of involute starting point during gear grinding,the mathematical model of the hob rolling gear is established based on principles of gear engagement.The gear tooth profile is deduced from the hob tooth parameters using coordinate transformation method.Plot the tooth profile precisely by Matlab programming and the diameter of involute starting point is determined.Meanwhile,the theoretical result is compared with the grinding test report.The result shows that,the theoretical analysis method is correct and makes guidance on the meaning of processing gear.
