螺纹钢商标刻制的仿真与实现

摘    要:在螺纹钢轧辊上进行商标的刻制就是要在成品孔型的横肋间进行单线字符的加工.用一般的手工编程刻制的商标比较呆板,采用Pro/E软件的曲线投影功能可以设计出线条优美的商标,设计完成后,将文件转换到MasterCAM软件中进行刀具路径的设置,生成商标的五轴加工刀具路径,最后在专用的数控机床上进行商标的实际加工,为螺纹钢商标的刻制提供了一个新的途径和方法.

Abstract:Engraving trademarks in the rollers of rebars is the process of single characters among the finished groove’s ribs.The trademarks engraved with general manual programming are inflexible.Trademarks with beautiful lines can be designed with the curve projection feature of a Pro/E software.After the design,convert the file into the MasterCAM software to set a tool path and generate a 5-axis machining tool path of a trademark.Finally,the trademark can be processed in a special CNC machine tool,which provides a new approach and method to engrave rebar trademarks.
