基于Pro/E的锥蜗轮参数化设计建模

摘    要:锥蜗杆传动为空间交错轴啮合传动,蜗轮齿面为复杂的空间曲面,参数设计计算繁琐,建模困难.提出了一种基于Pro/E的锥蜗轮齿面成型和参数化设计建模的方法,介绍了锥蜗轮齿面成型的数学模型和建模原理,分析了参数化设计建模流程.利用范成法切齿原理创建锥蜗轮的样板模型,在此基础上利用Pro/Toolkit在VC++环境中进行二次开发,实现模型的参数化驱动.通过实例证明,此方法可准确快速获得锥蜗轮的参数和实体模型,简化设计过程,提高设计质量,具有很强的实用性.

Abstract:Spiroid gear transmission is the space cross-axis transmission.The spiroid gear has the complex spatial tooth surface.It’s difficult to calculate and modeling.A new method about gear tooth surface modeling and parametric design is approached,the mathematical modeling principle and the analysis of parametric design modeling process is introduced.According to model modeling by the generation method and using the function of Pro/E powerful parametric design and Pro/Toolkit-the second time developing tool to achieve the design to model for the spiroid gears.The experimental results show that the method can accurately quickly built the spiroid model,simplify the design process and shorten the design cycle which has the very strong practicability.
