本地预付费智能交互终端的研究与实现

摘    要:电力用户用电信息采集系统已具备远程购电和本地用电卡购电方式,该2种方式都需用电用户到购电营业窗口或银行购电窗口购电。本文介绍本地预付费智能交互终端,可实现用户、银行之间和电网公司之间形成网络互动和即时连接,实现数据交换的实时、高速、双向的总体效果。实现电力用户能在本地使用银联卡购电。

Abstract:There are two ways to purchase electricity in the power user electricity information collection system: remote and local electricity purchase card. Both way need electricity users to buy electric on business window or bank electricity. This paper introduces the local prepaid intelligent interactive terminals which formed network interactive and instant connection among user, banks and power grid companies. Also, it realized the real-time, high speed data exchange, two-way overall effect and made power users can use in local principal power purchase card.
