| 摘 要： | 变刚度蛇形弹簧联轴器齿向弧形面,齿槽间隙小,加工时较为困难。对加工零件功能及工艺进行了分析,确定了零件加工工艺方案,拟定了装夹方案,给出了夹具设计结构图、刀具选用计算。提出了加工过程中应注意的问题,给出了加工过程中的数据计算方法,采用较为经济的加工工艺完成了齿向弧形面的加工。

| Abstract: | Tooth trace of variable stiffness serpents spring coupling is circular surface there is small clearance in tooth bottom,its machining is relatively difficult.Function and process of the coupling are analyzed,process scheme and the clamping schemes are determined,the fixture design charts is given,tool selection calculation is carried out.Processing process problems should be paid attention to is put forward,data acalculation method in processing is given using more economical process,processing of tooth trace circular surface is completed. |
