基于UG二次开发的谐波减速器的参数化设计

摘    要:传统的谐波减速器的三维零件设计复杂,利用UG的二次开发可以提高UG的设计效率,缩短产品的设计周期.通过VC++编写优化算法程序,得到谐波齿轮减速器主要构件的三维参数数据.综合利用VC++和UG二次开发工具集,编写接口函数,实现谐波齿轮减速器的参数化设计,分别建立零件ACCESS数据库进行综合管理.并以减速器中最重要的构件柔轮的设计为例,说明UG二次开发的流程.

Abstract:Traditional three-dimensional design of harmonic reducer components is complex.The secondary development using UG can improve design efficiency and shorten product design cycles.The optimization program written by VC + + is used to calculate the major component of three-dimensional parameter data of the harmonic gear reducer.VC++,UG secondary development tools and ACCESS database are utilized to write interface function and achieve the parametric design of harmonic gear reducer,Namely ACCESS database of harmonic gear reducer components are established to facilitate the integrated management.Using the design of flexspline the most important part of the reducer as an example,the UG secondary development process is illustrate.
