采煤机牵引部刚柔耦合系统仿真研究

摘    要:应用三维机械设计软件Pro/E、有限元分析软件ANSYS和机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS,建立了采煤机牵引部刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型,并利用ADAMS/View模块对其结构强度进行了研究,发现了采煤机牵引部薄弱环节,为有效地提高采煤机整机的寿命和对其进行局部结构优化提供了理论依据,对全面掌握牵引部系统的动态性能具有重要价值。

Abstract:A rigid-flexible coupling model of shearer haulage unit is established by using three dimensional design software Pro/E,the finite element analysis software ANSYS,mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS,and the strength of structure research is carried out by using ADAMS/View module.According to simulation results,the weak link of the shearer haulage unit is found.The theoretical basis to effectively improve the life of shearer and carry on the local structural optimization is provided.It also has the important value to research the dynamic properties of the shearer haulage unit system.
