基于ANSYS超声波辅助珩齿振动系统的设计与研究

摘    要:超声波辅助珩齿振动系统设计是一项关键技术.是由变幅杆和齿轮组成的复合振动系统.由于齿轮负载对振动系统谐振频率的巨大影响、齿轮连接时的局部共振、齿轮弯曲振动的复杂性等诸多因素,仅仅依靠理论分析进行振动系统的设计变得相当困难.因此,采用解析法设计变幅杆、根据给定的齿轮参数、利用有限元分析的方法、调整变幅杆尺寸,最终确定振动系统的结构设计参数.

Abstract:The design on the vibration system of ultrasonic-based gear-honing is a key technique.The composite vibration system composed of horn and gear is established.Many problems,such as the great influence of gear-loading on the harmonic frequency of the vibration system,the particular resonance of toothing,and the complex theory on the flexural vibration of gear,make it difficult to design the vibration system by theoretical analysis.Therefore,the horn is designed in the resolution method.According to the parame...
