摘    要:介绍了衡器水平支架处理工艺流程,包括前处理、酸洗、低氰镀锌和三价铬彩色钝化等.给出了各工序的工艺配方及工艺条件.指出了镀锌与钝化过程中应注意的问题.

Abstract:The process flow for surface treatment of horizontal support of weighing apparatus was introduced, including pretreatment, pickling, low-cyanide galvanizing and trivalent chromium iridescent passivation. The bath formulation and process conditions of individual procedure were given. Some attentions in galvanizing and passivation were pointed out.
