| 摘 要： | 传统的纺织工业采用人工目测的方法来评定纺织品的外观质量，存在低效率、易疲劳、主观性等弊端。图像分析技术作为一种现代化客观测试手段，逐步被引入纺织测试领域，推动了纺织品测试的数字化进程。在图像分析基础上，提出纺织品外观质量检验系统的构成与运作模式, 包括它的基本硬件配置、 软件框架、 检验系统基本模式、远程质量检验实现的可能性分析以及集成化的品质管理系统, 并比较分析它与传统方法的优缺点。认为人工智能化的纺织品外观质量检验系统是未来纺织工业纺织品外观质量客观检验的发展方向。
