光催化剂改性技术的研究进展

摘    要:光催化氧化技术已被广泛应用于多个领域的研究,其中催化剂的研究更是各方面关注的焦点.不同催化剂的选择;催化剂制备方法的选择;以二氧化钛为基础,各种形式的掺杂、复合、表面修饰;催化剂的固定等提高其活性的研究,有效的克服了光催化剂太阳光利用率低、光电子-空穴复合率高、催化剂易于流失等不足.这将为此新技术的工业化提供必要保障,也为太阳能转化和利用提供新的途径.

Abstract:Photo-catalytic oxidation processes,especially the investigation of photo-catalyst,attracted the growing attention of various fields. In this paper,the selection and preparation of photo-catalysts,the modification of photo-catalyst on the basis of TiO2 with other semiconductors such as adulterated transition metal-ion or noble metal through superficial deposition and superficial modification along with the immobilization of photo-catalyst etc. were briefly summarized. All of the methods could enhance photo-catalyst optical performance and overcome its shortcoming,which has lower quantum yield and utilization ratio of sunlight,higher recombination velocity of photoelectron and hole,photo-catalysts running off easier etc. These investigations will become a necessarily guarantee with industrialization of the technology and provide an approach to invert and to use solar energy.
