| 摘 要： | 温州市会议中心为一有一层地下室的现浇钢筋砼框架结构，该建筑位于典型软土地区、荷载大并且为超长结构。文章针对基础设计所面临的主要问题（如不均匀沉降、桩底清查困难等），通过方案比选，提出了采用桩底注浆技术进行设计。

| Abstract: | The conference center of Wenzhou is a framework structure of cast in place reinforced concrete with one floor basement. It lies on the typical soft soil with huge loads and it is extra long. In order to decrease the un even settlements of the foundation, the technique of pile and grouting was used in the design. |
