| 摘 要： | 阐述了砌体结构是一种传统的墙体材料，在我国各类建筑中占很大的比例，对砌体结构抗震设计及抗震性能进行了分析，介绍了新规范完善了对多层砌体结构构造柱设置的规定，从而提高砌体结构的抗震安全性。

| Abstract: | As one traditional wall material masonry structure occupy prodigious proportion in various buildings in our country. In this paper the seismic design and performances of masonry structure are analyzed. The new specifications on the setting the constructional column of multi-storied masonry structure building in new norm are introduced in order to improve the seismic performances of masonry structure. |
