火电厂钢球磨煤机专家模糊PID解耦控制方法研究

摘    要:针对钢球磨煤机(球磨机)制粉系统多变量、强耦合、非线性、大滞后的复杂控制对象难以建立准确的数学模型,以及常规PID解耦控制算法控制效果不理想等,提出了专家模糊PID解耦控制方法,该控制方法能够对PID参数进行实时整定,可适应球磨机制粉系统在不同工况下的控制要求。以略阳电厂球磨机制粉系统为对象,对球磨机专家模糊PID解耦控制系统进行了仿真验证。结果表明,该控制系统控制品质较好,能够适应球磨机制粉系统在不同工况下PID参数的实时调整,具有较好的控制效果,控制性能和鲁棒性均优于常规PID解耦控制。
