| 摘 要： | 为提高宁夏黄河北干渠灌区水资源利用效率，实现灌区节水型社会建设，基于可持续发展思路，采用多目标线性规划分析方法，以节水灌溉技术、水资源系统工程优化技术、数据库技术、数学函数计算模型为手段，以Visualbasic6.0及其计算插件matrix为主要工具，以经济、环境和社会的综合效益最大化为目标，建立了灌区水资源优化配置模型，基于该模型计算出了各规划年的可供水量及需水量，并制定了水资源优化配置方案。结果表明，该方案水资源配置合理，可满足该灌区规划年经济发展的需要，并可确保经济社会的协调发展。
