内养护剂的初步试验研究

摘    要:本文研制了一种混凝土内养护剂,就内养护剂对混凝土相关性能的影响进行了初步试验研究。结果表明,保持相同流动性情况下,单掺内养护剂会增加混凝土用水量,一定程度上降低了混凝土的绝对强度,但将内养护剂与减水剂复配使用,则可在保持流动性相同的情况下,降低用水量,提高强度,并取得更好的保水和养护效果。

Abstract:This paper researched and produced a kind of internal curing agent(ICA),and made preliminary experimental research on the effects of ICA on some relative performances of concrete.The results showed that,adding ICA into concrete will increase the water requirement and reduce the absolute strength of concrete with same fluidity.However,when ICA used with superplasticizer will decrease water requirement with the same fluidity,improve concrete fluidity,and have better water-retention performance.
