基于DSP的日光方位传感器原理及软件设计

摘    要:针对塔式太阳能发电系统多定日镜跟踪太阳的问题,提出了一种基于信号处理芯片(DSP)的两轴日光方位传感器。传感器由DSP、四象限光电池、高度角调节电机、方位角调节电机和编码器等构成,控制软件包括模拟量的采集程序、电机控制程序、光电编码器的读数程序等。传感器根据四象限光电池的电压信号调节高度角电机和方位角电机,使光线与四象限光电池垂直,读取编码器的数据进行变换即可得到太阳的实时位置信息。设计的日光方位传感器结构简单、成本低廉,适用于多种受光器件的群控跟踪系统。
