静电场强化介电流体传热现象的试验研究

摘    要:本文利用自行设计和制作的EHD热管模型,研究了在高电场下电绝缘性液体的传热强化现象。实验结果表明:随着外施电压的增加,传热性能欠佳的绝缘液体有了较好的传热能力,尤其是当热管模型与水平有一定角度,即在受热端高于冷凝端的场合下,这种效应更明显。上述这-EHD强化传热技术有望在制冷和热传递工程中得到应用。

Abstract:In this paper,the phenomena of electrohydrodynamically enhanced heat tiansfer in adieleetric liquid were studied by using an electrohydrodynamic (EHD) heat pipe model.Ex-perimental results show that the gencrally poor heat-transfer propertica of the dielectricworking liquids can be improved with the incmse of applied DC voltage.And this effect isparticularly obvious when the pipe is tilted up (the evapomtor elevation above the conden-ser).This method of electrohydrodynamically augmented heat transfer may be utilized inthe field of cooling and lieat-thensfer engineering.
