天然沸石的化学改性及其对氨吸附性能的影响

摘    要:为了改善吸附质在天然沸石中的吸附径能,对天然沸石进行了化学改性,特别是脱阳离子的研究。考察了不同条件下获得的脱阳离子(氢型)天然沸石的吸附动力学特性和吸附平衡,表明天然沸石经铵交换,而后焙烧制成的脱阳离子沸石,吸附性能可以得到改善。找出了较适宜的改性处理条件。


Chemical Modification of Natural Zeolite and Its Effect on Ammonia Adsorption Characteristics
Abstract:Experimental adsorption kinetic curves for ammonia in natural zeolite(ONM) and its two modified forms were obtained with a quartz spring in a flowsystem.One of the two modified natural zeolite was acid-treated zeolite(HNM(A)),and the other was decationized natural zeolite (HNM) made byigniting the ammonium form of natural zeolite.Adsorption of ammonia in HNMand HNM(A) was better than in ONM,and that in HNM was the best.The adsor-ption equilibrium data of ammonia in HNM at 40℃ was measured and correlatedin terms of Dubinin equation.Dependence of kinetics upon ammonium ionexchange level as well as temperature and time during ignition of ammoniumzeolite were also studied.
